Schooner Point ist eine schöne, ruhige Zuflucht direkt am Strand. Das Gerät verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Es gibt 1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett und 3 Twin-Size-Betten (eine Reihe von Etagenbetten mit einem Rollbett). Es befindet sich in der 1. Etage und verfügt über ein modernes Dekor, Granitoberflächen und neuere Geräte, Schränke und Armaturen. Die große Küchenhalbinsel bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen oder schafft einen wunderbaren Arbeits- / Bastelraum. Der Apartmentkomplex ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich am autofreien Strand am südlichen Ende von New Smyrna Beach. Parken und Zugang zu dieser Wohnung könnte nicht einfacher sein! Wifi und Kabel sind in der Gebühr enthalten und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung. Es gibt drei Fernseher (zwei mit Kabel, im Wohnzimmer und Master) und zwei DVD-Player. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Tisch mit Platz für sechs und zwei Schaukelstühle. Es gibt einen (beheizten) Gemeinschaftspool und Gemeinschaftsgrills. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

The description nails it and the pictures are accurate. Thry have everything you need for the beach too! We really liked this quiet little spot and plan to return again and again.

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

This property is very well managed and a great place for a family based vacation. The unit is stocked with everything a person could need, ideal for a renter that is flying in and therefore limited on what they can bring for the trip.

Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The unit was equipped with all the things needed to enjoy a beach vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

I can’t say enough good things about renting this unit. The room was extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. The mattresses in all of the rooms were so comfortable! Our family had lots of space to spread out. The property was very family friendly, we loved how close the room is to the pool and the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything about this property was perfect! The location is great, just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home! Kerry was a great host and responded immediately to any questions! The perfect beach stay.

This is the 3rd different condo we have rented at Schooner Point. All were nice, but this was definitely the best. Beautifully updated with modern finishes and a fabulous kitchen. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend (bring your own turkey)!

When reviews say well stocked it’s true. A beach umbrella, boogie boards, toys, pack n play, high chair, games, DVDs even little things like tape and paper and crayons made our stay so much easier with young children! We loved the easy walk to the beach and pool and quietness of the complex too. Thanks again!

NSB was been a vacation spot for us for 3 years now. The area is great with a beautiful beach.
This condo is amazing! The pictures are accurate and it has everything. We were beyond amazed at how well stocked it was. The owner communicated with us before and during the trip. If this is your first time planning a vacation to NSB you will come back!

I have been going to Schooner Point for 10 years and have always been impressed the with the property there. This condo however, is just a step above the others I have rented in the past. The beds are all in great shape and super comfortable. The living room and kitchen areas are set up perfect and the refrigerator/freezer has plenty of space for a weeks worth of groceries. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach chairs/toys/coolers ect. made the stay even more enjoyable! This condo really seems to be treated as a 2nd home instead of just a rental. Really looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The unit was great and had EVERYTHING we needed and more. I honestly felt like I overpacked because the condo had all that we could have needed and wanted!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for my moms 80th birthday!! The condo had everything you could think of. Including beach chairs, games, every appliance you can imagine. Short easy walk to the pool. Parking right outside the front door. This was a last minute getaway for my sister and I from NJ and to celebrate our moms Birthday!!! Thank you thank you!!! The stay was short but worth all the great memories we will have forever

Condo was great. Had all the cooking supplies needed to feed a family of 7. Steps from the beach and heated pool. She had four beach chairs and sand castle toys and boogie boards for the kids. She had a great binder with all the attractions and restaurants nearby. Had a great time and would recommend this place to any one looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kerry's condo was an awesome place for our family to stay! It is very nice and equipped with everything a family needs for a week on the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kids loved the salt water pool! I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice place on the beach!!

We loved this place! The beach was beautiful with great waves! My kids loved playing in the ocean, on the beach, and in the heated pool. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The condo is close to the pool, the beach, restaurants, the grocery store, shopping, etc. Great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy!
