Great home, for a wonderful multi- generational family vacation!

We had 21 people ranging from the age of 11 to 80 and this was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everybody including a great gym and ping pong table in the garage. Everything throughout the house is meticulously thought out (including AC in the garage) and the grounds were amazing. The venue and Brian exceeded all expectations and we could not be happier with our decision to stay at this amazing property.

Stayed for a week with around 15 people. Property is as-advertised -- it has everything. Owner was extremely responsive to the couple minor questions we had.

Clean and well equipped. We did not want for anything

Just stayed at Red Lodge for a week with family of 10 , we had an amazing time. This property is truly one of a kind. My kids said " this is a house that you see on CRIBS! The private cove that it sits in, the dock with ample docking for our 2 jet skiis, sitting out by the fire pit and watching the sunsets, everything was amazing. The house came with everything you could possible want in a vacation home. You really just need to bring your clothes and food, that's it, everything else is here for you . You truly loose sense of time while you are here. There is so much to do on the property and in town. Boat launch is 15 min from the house, fuel dock is 10 min ride on the water. Our host Brian was vey accessible if we needed him, he truly is a premier host . If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again

Incredible house and property with plenty to do at the house itself (golf putting area, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, games/puzzles, integrated surround sound music that can play in almost any room, etc). There is ample space for everyone to spread out, even in a large group. The property is flat with a great beach area. The property felt private, and located in a quiet neighborhood. You can easily fit two boats at the dock. The cove the house is located in is really nice; it was quiet and calm. It was also close by a lot of things to do in nearby towns (Center Harbor, and Meredith). Brian was easy to work with and quick to respond anytime we reached out to him. We loved our stay, and highly recommend the property. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Brian was awesome to work with. The house is great and we had plenty to do in the surrounding area. Our kids loved the Kayaks and sandy beach. Everything was easy to use, and worked well. I highly recommend this property!

You don't need to go to Paris in the Spring when you can visit this beautiful home in New Hampshire. The home was extremely comfortable and well appointed in every room. The large kitchen had everything you might need and we enjoyed many family dinners in the great room. The hot tub was a huge hit with our teenage grandkids. While it was early April and still cold outside the home is so warm and inviting with a huge sunroom where we could read, play games and enjoy the stunning view. Brian was a wonderful host from start to finish.

We had a wonderful President’s Weekend ski trip. House was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our 5 families that stayed. Kitchen and great room were great gathering spots. Having the pool table and hockey game in the common area was nice to keep all together.

This is a thoroughly beautiful property. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Gorgeous views of the lake, perfect gathering spots inside and outside the house, and plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out. It's just minutes away from everything Lake Winnepesaukee has to offer. Thank you!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would do so. The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s even more beautiful in person! Brian was wonderful to work with throughout - quick to respond and both generous and accommodating. Our granddaughter was overjoyed with the sandy beach, the phenomenal tree swing, the trampoline, the kid-sized zip-line, and the water inflatables. Kid heaven! The adults loved boating & wakeboarding and relaxing lakeside and around the fire pit. The house has everything you could possibly need. There are wonderfully large beautiful spaces to gather together as well as plenty of spaces to hide away alone with a good book. We had a spectacular week - the perfect vacation!!!

Big, comfortable, well maintained house in a great location on the lake. Close to Center Harbor boat launch and grocery store. Our family loved our stay.

We had a great time staying with our two children at this fantastic lake house retreat. The house is spacious, well-maintained, has fun things to do inside (pool table, hockey game, toys, lots of TVs, etc.), and great lake views from most rooms in the house. The outside is really perfect - great views, a nice balance of privacy, and tons of fun activities - zero entry lake, SUPs, kayaks, tree swing, zip line, putting green, outdoor grill, etc. great location, as well. Zero complaints - easy five star rating. Owners were very responsive, as well, which makes things easy. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

We absolutely love this house!! This was our second vacation here with our family of four adult children and one young son. There is so much space for everyone to hang out together or private areas for work time. We loved building puzzles, playing pool, cooking and building a fire outside in the new fire pit!! The location is perfect, we hiked, visited breweries, wine tasting, local craft markets and tubing at Waterville. Thanks for the special memories Brian!

The property was beautiful with lots of amenities we all enjoyed

We had a wonderful stay! Adults and teens. The home is spacious with all the amenities you could hope for: updated kitchen, technology, beautiful windows to enjoy the lake view and non-motorized water toys, billiards, and more. We brought our boat and docked it there. It was great to explore the lake and wakeboard/tube. The sunsets are perfectly situated to enjoy from the back patio. It was an awesome combination of relaxation and fun. Brian was readily avail if I had any questions. The operating instructions for media were thoughtful and clear and well appointed throughout the home! I was very impressed. Highly recommend enjoying the lake life luxury home!!

Set up perfectly for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during New Year's week! The house was lovely, spotless and well maintained. This location on the lake can't be beat and I am sure it is incredible during the summer. My family and I loved that it was stocked with games, puzzles and a pool table. Outside we loved the tree swing and the lake access. The lake was just starting to freeze and my children were constantly outside exploring the new ice formations. Inside, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how we had plenty of spaces to spread out. We highly recommend this property and thank Brian and his family for letting us rent their home.

Our family had the most amazing Thanksgiving vacation in this beautiful home! We prepared delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed hours of fun playing pool, building puzzles, playing games and watching movies. We loved everything about this house and would love to make it our new Thanksgiving family tradition.

Can honestly say between the coziness of the house and the view, we didn't want to leave. The house has a massive great room, but there's plenty of nooks and crannies to sneak away with your book. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect. You felt secluded, but within a 10-15 minute drive you had groceries, a fantastic farmer's market and coffee shop with home baked goodies. The house was spotless, and I'm a stickler for cleanliness. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We recently rented this property as a honeymoon spot, due to not being able to travel from Covid. The house was beautiful and the location was nice. The beach area would be great in the summer, but there were plenty of things to do inside, from the pool table, tv, great kitchen and sitting area overlooking the water. Brian made it very easy to check in, and was available when/if we had any problems.

This house was absolutely perfect for family of all ages! The layout of this house was great for the 9 of us. We loved the amount of space in the great room/dining/kitchen area to all be together, cook, watch movies, and play many games. Our two boys (ages 5 & 4) played with every toy in the house and were huge fans of the swing and zip line. We made s'mores, went out on the stand-up paddleboards, and loved the views of the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Check-in was a breeze, the house was stocked with pots and pans and dishes to use, and it was impeccably clean!Thank you so much!
