This was our first time bringing the kiddos to the lodge and everything was fantastic! The kids loved the pool and endless apples in the lobby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Will return next summer for sure!

There was a last minute issue with condo and the host moved us to another condo in another community, St. James. It ended up being bigger and closer to the village. We greatly appreciated the open communication and proactively helping to resolve the issue before we arrived, which was very late at night. The place was clean, had all the necessities, and communication continued to be great throughout the stay. And we got a late check-out! Amazing vacation and we would stay with this host/management company again!

We had a terrific time in this property located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Friendly attentive staff, great amenities and a ski valet/shop right outside the front door. Close proximity to everything Beaver Creek! Would recommend and would stay again.

Rental is in a Hilton timeshare property, which includes free (light/continental) breakfast every morning. Required ski valet across from the entrance is convenient and the guys are nice. Rental unit was decent, think mid-tier hotel room decor and furniture. Not great but not terrible. Was able to book last minute and at a great price. We would stay here again.

All went well except the parking garage door was not working (left open) so it was hard to find a parking spot for the first few days

There was a wrapper underneath my bedroom that stayed there throughout our entire stay- putting into question cleanliness. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and dated.

Amazing location in Beaver Creek. Nice hot tub. Amenities in rooms were great. Nothing fancy but comfortable beds and everything that you need.

The Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a perfect facility and location for a summer retreat in the mountains. The facility has everything that you need from space for relaxation to a nice pool and fitness area and is centrally located. No issues/no complaints! We'll be back!

We always enjoy the lovely village and wonderful ski conditions at Beaver creek. Hyatt Mountain Lodge and Park Hyatt are great places to stay. Kristin was fabulous to work with. She is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. A very positive experience!

Everything worked well and the location is great. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Loved our stay, with 7 family members. Fully equipped kitchen, location was as shown in pictures.. Just a short hike thru the village to the chair lift, up 1 set of stairs and 1 set of escalators. There’s a ski rental shop 10 steps from the Hyatt entry, where u can rent or valet your skis. Workers there were extremely helpful. Hyatt offered a free buffet breakfast each day, for grocery planning needs, which our grandkids enjoyed. Had waffles, cereal, bagels, coffee/tea etc.

We had four adults and four kids. This place worked out great for us. Nice view of pool and hot tub‘s. Short walk to lifts and gondola.

Close to the Village shops and restaurants. Be prepared to walk a bit to the lifts, but it was great having the complimentary ski storage next door. Staff was great!

Communication with property manager could have been a bit smoother. Location and property are a great spot for Beaver Creek close to the village.

Beautiful place. Very spacious. Not a fun walk to the lifts in ski boots, but it isn’t far. Across the street from the village. I’ve been skiing for many, many years at many different resorts. This place was one of the nicest.

The location is nice, clean, gorgeous view, nice amenities and convenient to the ski lifts. Not ski in ski out which was a bit deceiving on the listing but it is very close to the Centenial chair lift next to the Park Hyatt. It is a short walk but it has many escalators to go up so if you’re wearing ski boots and carrying gear, it’s a bit annoying but doable. They should be more clear about the proximity of the lift and not list it as ski in ski out. Also, this is not the Park Hyatt or the residencies of the Park Hyatt.. I was a bit confused about this. Some of the images on the listing show the hot tub and pool area slope side but it is not. It’s still awesome though! 3 hot tubs and a heated pool. The PH is very close by (one escalator and 40 steps away)… but this residence is separate. Not a big deal but when I asked for instructions on how to arrive to the property, I was sent to the PH & had to turn around & find the actual rental. It was not as easy to communicate with the management company on an immediate basis but I think VRBO limits that. That being said, when we did communicate, they were extremely helpful and wonderful other than the incorrect address given on my check in day. The property is a nice size, we had the 3br 3bath and it was perfect. The kitchen is small but the right size for a vacation. Would’ve been nice if they stocked it up with more items like oil for cooking, foil and maybe a condiment or two but it was fine. There is a market just across the street with everything you need. We stopped in Denver for groceries on the way but once I saw the market, I realized we could’ve just bought everything there. They have a great variety of things and a nice wine cellar as well. They do have some bagels, muffins and coffee available in the lobby as a complimentary breakfast which is a nice touch. It is apartment style with a lobby staff that helps with small needs but no one to take your bags to and from your room but they do have carts. Underground parking which was great. Right in the heart of Beaver Creek.. one escalator down from the ice skating rink and all of the restaurants. There is a ski rental shop next door which was perfect.. they stored our skis and warmed our boots (complementary). Another option is the ski valet next to the lift for $14/day. Overall it was fantastic, they just need to workout clarifying some details on the listing and maybe add a couple of starter cooking items. I’m going back next year! Loved it!

We had the best week and one of the things that made it so great was the proximity to the village and the mountain. We walked across the street to restaurants, shops and skiing. It was awesome.
