The best location!!!! We stayed in July, the unit is right on the Market Square where everything is just right outside the door. The unit has everything you need and the hosts are very responsive if you have a question. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful summer visit to Beaver Creek. You can’t beat the location with quick access to hiking and biking trails. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

This was a lovely space for our family of six to stay for skiing and easy access to restaurants in the evening.

We loved the condo and the location, so convenient. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was so well stocked - shampoo, laundry detergent, dish pods, everything! The layout was great and the beds were comfortable. Was nice to just walk outside your door to get food or walk around the village. We had an issue w/ a beeping smoke detector, but the team was responsive and we had maintenance there within the hour. Will definitely be back!

I don't think I've ever left a bad review, but we really did not enjoy our stay here. The checkin, if you have family is a bit stressful as you have to illegally park, run upstairs, get a garage card. We thought we then had to unload our entire car while illegally parked in -10 below because the garage was down the street. Turns out, after you run into the apartment and get the garage card, you can go park at a spot that ends up being directly under the unit in a heated garage but that was unknown. Otherwise, the apartment is so hot, without the heat on at all. Don't even think of using the fireplace. Due to the heat, I'm guessing, the whole thing smells a little musty. The doors are creaky, the kitchen is lacking some basics like cookie sheets or aluminum foil. The elevators weren't working one day so we had to walk up a few flights of stairs with little kids with skis and ski boots. No locks to the ski lockers. With that said, the owners were attentive and came by once to help within 10 minutes of needing them. But just not a great experience overall.

This property was exactly as advertised and more. I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of paper supplies, and towels.
The location is perfect for easy walking in and around BC village.

This property has an amazing location for a family summer vacation. It is a well designed, efficient condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We have stayed here twice now and hope to return in the future!

The unit was very nicely appointed, clean and the location was great. The property mgr was responsive when we had questions. Unit was described as having use of Hyatt Spa which was no longer available but Reed offered to pay for a week pass which we declined but very generous of him.
It was tricky for us to figure out how to get into condo. It was described in detail but wasn't clear to us which was a bit frustrating. Eventually we called Reed and he helped us.There is no lobby and have to get to unit from garage or an elevator by Vilar Center. Once we figured it out it was easy. Would stay there again.

Nice and convenient condo that is ideal in Beaver Creek if you want to stay in the village and be close everything. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Only thing we were disappointed in was there was no access to a hot tub even though we thought there was when we booked it. Apparently access to adjoining resort was no longer available for hot tub with out paying for extra passes. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely rent this again.

You cannot beat the proximity to the slopes! And the owners did a lovely job managing our expectations when they received notice that the fitness and hot-tub access rules had been changed by the Hyatt.

Market Square is THE ideal location with its close proximity to everything. Hosts Reed and Charlie were fabulous. Their condo is charming. Highly recommend! Book this place with confidence so you can get out and enjoy your stay in Beaver Creek!

We have stayed at Market Square, albeit a different unit, before and love the location. Like other reviewers have noted, 202 is smaller than it appears in the pictures. And the second bedroom is VERY warm. Our biggest issue though was that the oven/stove didn't work when we tried to use it. I immediately texted Charlie and his response was that the oven/stove went out the Friday before, a new one was on order and wouldn't be installed for another week. No communication BEFORE we checked in or bought groceries that there was not working oven in the unit.

We had a wonderful time at Market Square! The owner was super responsive and helpful at every turn, the condo was stocked with paper towels, cooking sprays and all those little items that are annoying to purchase on vacation. We have stayed in other properties where that was not the case, so we really appreciated that! The location in the village is amazing and the kids absolutely loved it.

This place was perfect for our family of four. Right on the main town center but facing the street kept it quiet but close yo the action. Easy to walk with skis and boots to the mountain in the morning and to drinks and dinner in the evening. Great host who met us with the parking pass early so we could park our car after checking out of our hotel. Perfect!

Does not get any better than this. One of the best locations I have ever stayed. Specially recommended for families traveling with kids. You are 1min walk to the nursery, 2 min walk to the ski school, 2min walk to gondola. The unit is located in the epicenter of BV town. Location is the #1 perk of this place. Very comfortable for families up to 3 kids. Finding the property at check in was a challenge but Reed was amazingly fast and responsive throughout check in and during the whole stay as well. Will be back!!

This is a beautiful condo right in the heart of Beaver Creek village. We loved being only an elevator ride from all of the shops and dining the village has to offer. The unit is very well stocked!! You’ll have everything you need for laundry, kitchen, bathroom toiletries, etc. I feel like the owners went above and beyond in this area, compared to others we have rented from. Check-in was very easy and parking was convenient. Charlie was very helpful and checked in with us during the week to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever make it back to Beaver Creek, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!
