Aloha zum Paradies, dieses Studio ist gemütlich, charmant, komfortabel und befindet sich auf einer oberen Etage mit Panoramablick auf das Meer und den Diamantenkopf. Kürzlich mit allen neuen Möbeln renoviert. Wir befinden uns gegenüber dem Fort Derussy Park und dem Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, der Ala Moana Mall, den Restaurants und dem berühmten Strip von Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd) entfernt. Die Lage dieses Studios ist perfekt - gerade nah genug am geschäftigen Nachtleben und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Waikiki, aber weit genug entfernt, um nicht den ganzen Tag von Menschen umgeben zu sein! Nach dem Abendessen können Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang am Strand und / oder einen 3-minütigen Spaziergang zum Hilton Hawaiian Village machen, um jeden Freitagabend das Feuerwerk zu sehen.

The host Mike was super responsive, friendly and helpful, especially with parking. Terrific location, walking distance to beach and local attractions.

Great location! Walking distance to many great spots and a quick Uber to Pearl Harbor. Walking distance (2miles) to Waikiki Beach. Simple but adequate accommodations for my sister and I. We were really only in the apt to sleep and shower. Hosts communications were clear and easy. Overall a super stay!!!

The place was neat and tidy, and Mike was very communicative the whole way through. Best part was the location, easy walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Had a great stay!

The host was communicative and assisted with parking and was very responsive. The studio apartment had all the essentials and is in a convenient location.
The negatives are that the building seems to be quite old and the hallway to the apartment had a very unpleasant odor. There were also a number of cockroaches in the condo that we had to dispose of during our stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this unit. I’d definitely stay there again. Checkin was a little off-setting (sketchy looking hostel next door, out-dated building). But once in our room, everything was just as stated. Room was small but clean and with a great view. Bed was super comfy. Window air conditioner worked great. As others have said, there was street noise but no more than I’d expect in a city. The location was perfect! Across from HHV and a short walk from a food truck park, lots of shopping, restaurants and beautiful WAIKIKI beaches. Communication with Mike T was prompt and very helpful. Perhaps the best part of our visit was parking…Arranged by Mike T, onsite, 24/7 security and a fraction of the cost charged at other hotels.
This property is great for the price. If you’re looking for glitz, luxury and pampering, go elsewhere. If you want a clean space to lay your head at night after days of Hawaii adventuring, right in the heart of Waikiki, this place is for you.

The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is in the middle of a lot of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Because it is on Ala Moana Blvd it is a bit noisy at times. We had a problem at check in with someone in our reserved parking lot, so we had to wait an hour past wanting to check in. Mike was very responsive to communication and man at desk was helpful and very nice. It’s a small unit, but for the two of us for a short stay it was fine. The coffee pot did not work well and we had to buy our own coffee as none was provided.

This condo has one of the best views in Oahu. The place is very worth the price as it has all the amenities you need for an awesome stay in Hawaii. I also appreciate Mike for accommodating our parking so that we dont have to find a parking garage which is very pricey in Hawaii. I also like that there is laundry in the premises. You can even swim in the pool while waiting for laundry! The area is also in the nice part of Waikiki where there are shops and restaurants around. I cannot recommend this enough and will definitely be reserving this place again if ever I am back in Hawaii.

We really enjoyed our visit to Hawaii and Michael’s property was perfect for us there was a strange smell from fridge which did linger on items we chilled so refrained from using but overall good and worked for us and our budget! Would stay again

Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.

The location is ideal, the location is quiet, very clean, comfortable, all the amenities we could have possibly asked for. When a lamp lightbulb burnt out, we texted the owner and there was another light bulb at our door the next day! Very pleased

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michael's condo. The view of Waikiki was the best thing about this condo. We watched the sunrise every morning and loved it! The condo is small, but is great for 2 people. The refrigerator is small but adequate. The portable cooktop hot plate came in very handy as well as the small oven and microwave. The condo was clean and check in was very easy. One thing missing is a place to store our clothes...like a small dresser. The air conditioner works well, but can get a bit noisy at night. We got used to it though. Traffic on the street can be noisy too...but again, the view and easy access to the beach made it worth it. An added plus was the parking...it was very convenient at a very reasonable charge. We would totally stay here on our next visit to Waikiki. Thanks Michael!!!

Outstanding location. We had no trouble getting around the city and locating the sites we wanted to visit from our accommodations. Very comfortable and functional place to stay.

Stayed here 2 ni to extend our stay after other part of island.
Pros:
Very clean - kitchen/bathrooms clean to the corners. No grubby grout or caulking.
Nice cotton towels,/sheets & bed (firm).
Kitchen well stocked for small size-wouldn’t attempt to cook much but fine for heating and coffee.
Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location for Waikiki strip but probably a bit far to beach if one has lots of stuff or kids.
Check in easy, building felt secure.
Note:
Building itself dated.
Window AC works well but is noisy.
Would be nice if it had a ceiling fan. Has a standing fan but had a grinding noise so didn’t use.
Studio is small so one should expect tight spaces especially if one has a large build.

Two of us stayed in this property. It will sleep 3. We enjoyed the mini-kitchen, making morning coffee and also daily snacks. It was nice to see the ocean and Diamond Head out the picture window. There was a store nearby. Oahu has a fantastic public transportation system, and we were able to board various buses near our condo.

The property is clean but found a roach in the sink which is gross to see that. Also, we didn’t
know the place using window A/C unit that is loud & I had to turn off every night so I can sleep.

We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back. Security was excellent, parking worked out well, owner is very responsive. Only suggestion is for a more comfortable sofa bed and for sheets to be provided for it.

The owner was especially helpful. He arrang d affordable on site parking for us and very easy to work with. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler in the closet. Nice view of the park and ocean. Very cozy but work d great for the 2 of us .

About 15 minutes walk to Waikiki. Close to cafe and some shops. Must pay for parking, but much cheaper than at hotels. Good place to stay on a budget. Room came with amenities.

Great location, everything in walking distance. Manager was easy to contact if needed. Would stay again was great for me and my husband we spent most time outdoors and was just there to sleep.
