Easy check in, and everything was clean and was as described. The location was safe and beautiful. This was the perfect place for our family of 9!

The air conditioner didn’t keep up. We say it on 70 and it only kept the house about 76-78. Also the coffee pots didn’t work. We had to go purchase one

This property worked well for our extended family of 12 (3 couples plus kids) for three nights. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been more silverware and different dishes/glassware in the kitchen. There were no small bowls, plates or cups suitable for young kids. I also did not find any containers for leftovers, as advertised. Fortunately we brought some paper plates and plastic cutlery with us.
The big windows looking out on the trees were wonderful, but really needed to be cleaned. A fresh sponge in the kitchen and a better broom would have been nice to have. I purchased and left a sponge, along with a vegetable peeler that I needed.

Black Bear Lodge was a beautiful and great space for our family vacation of 9 adults and 4 children. Lots of space, host provided many amenities to make our stay everything we needed. The pool and splash pad were also a big hit!

Really enjoy this place. Everyone felt right at home. Will stay here again. Really loved we didn't have to strip the beds and do laundry. Huge plus!

The home was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We were close to attractions, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet time at the end of the day. The community pool was also a nice place to take the kids to burn off some energy. At one point, we had a question about the hot tub, and when I reached out I heard back almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The host was very responsive to questions. The accommodations were awesome with a bathroom for each bedroom. The oversized bunkbeds with a trundle bed were awesome for teen boys. The game room provided lots of friendly competition and the large kitchen was a great gathering place. The hot tub was spacious and clean. It saw lots of use! The house was a vacation in itself and the creek out back was explorers heaven for boys. All 13 people gave it an A+ rating. Neighborhood was quiet and the spacious. With so much to in the area, it was a perfect vacation spot for multi families staying together.

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of college kids and grandmas. Two main floor bedrooms were perfect for the grandmas! And the hot tub and pool table were a hit among the younger members of the family.

The lodge was perfect! We had everything we could possible need. It was very clean and comfortable and close to Branson and all the fun! Wonderful Christmas vacation with family and friends. The Christmas tree was a nice added touch. We definitely will be back.

Parking was the only issue we had for the most part! Bedrooms were nice, the kitchen could use new baking pans and more bowls with lids for leftovers. I really like the special touch of having the Christmas tree! Thank you

Great Place, missing some items and damage we found upon arrival. Door and Wall rash and damage. Bathroom shower sliding door on ground floor was off the track, we move the door to secure it from damage. Bathroom toilets seats need to be secured, Seats upstairs and on ground floor need help. Missing lower chair rail on one of the dining table chairs. We purchased pot holders for the kitchen and they stayed. Could not find any trash bags.
Otherwise it was a 9.9 out of 10

Really enjoyed our stay in Branson. This home was close to table rock lake and boat launches. Food and grocery stores within 10 to 15 minute drive. Home was perfect for multi families. Great for kids. Host was awesome. Would highly recommend bringing this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Bear Lodge. The communication with Robyn was excellent, and any issues that we had were dealt with immediately. Special shout out to Dave, her maintenance guy. Our family meets there every year and we have already rebooked for next year. Thanks again for a perfect place to spend with family!

House fit our needs perfectly. The six bedrooms really came in handy to accommodate all our family who had come down for our mom's funeral. Only a couple minor things, a couple end table lights didn't work due to a faulty roller switch. Both of the pull out sofa beds in the downstairs family room didn't work. We didn't notice this till the second night when we needed another bed. The living room had 6 or 7 TV remotes of which we could only get the one for the smart TV to work which was fine.
Kitchen was well laid out and was equipped with everything we could need. Everyone said they slept well and the mattresses were comfortable. Having a dual unit AC was a plus and the kids had a blast with the multi game Arcade machine.
Kids and adults had a great time at the community pool.
Just a very nice place and would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful and met our needs for the stay!
The home had some wear and tear but the property manager was very responsive in replacing broken items.
Could be cleaner. Within the first hour of crawling around, my nieces hands and tops of feet were black. Several burned out light bulbs throughout home.

We absolutely loved staying at this property, it was a big gorgeous house in a cute little neighborhood! My nephew even saw a bear while enjoying the hot tub one night, which for us makes the experience even more exciting!!

8 friends stayed the weekend. Plenty of room. Hot tub was great! Didn't appear to have been recently cleaned. Dusty and some footprints on the floor. Minor things. Had a great time and everything went smoothly.

We had a great stay at this house for my birthday weekend! The house was as listed however, some of the finishings were a little more dated than I expected. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything that we needed! I would rent out this house again.

It was super fun. Super relaxing and just super amazing.
Everyone had a great time and we will definitely stay at this beautiful home again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious place to spend some quality time!

This house was perfect for our group of family meeting to celebrate a late Christmas. Host was very accommodating and communicative. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Game area in basement was nice for the kids. Would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future!

Everything about this house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms which was so nice for our big group. The two living rooms, pool table, arcade game, and hot tub were great additions for us to all hangout together.

Everything about the house was perfect. Tons of linens, towels, cleaning products etc. We were located a little far from the pool which we weren’t expecting but we rented a golf cart and it was perfect! Perfectly located to groceries and downtown Branson and tons of entertainment. The pools and parks were so great for the kids. Everything was clean and safe. We were extremely pleased and will be staying again!

The home we rented was amazing for our family. Our family ages ranged from 7 months to 74 years old. We had enough room to spread out and take advantage of all the amenities. The location was close to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and activities. We were able to come back to the house and relax from the hustle and bustle of Branson while taking a dip in the pools, soaking in the hot tub or just playing a game of pool. We had an amazing stay! Looking forward to our next visit to this neighborhood and home!

When we arrived, The floors in the house were dirty, dead bugs were on the carpeting. We swept and mopped all the floors and vacuumed. Once we had cleaned, we relax and enjoyed our stay.

It was amazing. We loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to have a set of plastic drinking cups. We have children that aren’t ready for glass yet. But other than that very pleased
