Our family of 17 people had a great time in the house. There were plenty of bedrooms upstairs and multiple rooms on the first level for all our gathering events. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, and plenty of places to sit. The walk to the beach was half a block away, and the water was wonderful. Many of us started our day with coffee brought to the tables on the front porch. This vacation was perfect for everything we needed, and then some. Martin made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were having a great time. It would be a wonderful place to visit again.

This was not a good experience at all. The manager told me days before that they have a heated pool. It is also advertised on the Vrbo site. The pool was not filled, no ladder present to get in 5-6 foot round "tub". The pool had to be repaired because the liner had a hole in it. The property had various men on and off the property. We were a group of women on a church retreat. Men were in the basement, mechanic, plumber, painter was there all three days while we were there. Even painting outside in the rain, that seemed suspect. Another guy he said they call him, "Rabbi" dropped by using the driveway to visit the painter. We felt totally unsafe with men on and off the property. We received towels and no wash cloths. I had to go buy wash cloths for all 16 of us. There were various locked doors inside the house, one had a wire running from the locked door into a vent that was by the bed. Holes were in the walls. There was ants in one of the beds and dead flies in that room. There were stains on the mattress cover. The manager apologized for some of the things, but did not seem to offer any compensation for the bad experience. False advertisement. It smelled like porta potty by the third day, coming from the vents and basement. He said one of us put a glove in the toilet. No one had any gloves. His word against ours... apologies is not enough to help us feel safe. The basement door was left open when we were away from the house by one of the workers.

Our group had a great time. Host Martin was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

We stayed here with family/friends, it was great. Very close to the beach, some walkable restaurants, pizza, and deli/market. Beach is not crowded. House is very comfortable nicely furnished, good beds/mattresses all very nicely kept. The house has great space for families to share and have some private and together space. We really enjoyed our stay!

this was our first family vacation and it was wonderful house was big and roomy for our family...kids had a great time in the pool and at the beach...grandparent treat and so worthwhile!!!

We had a family get together to celebrate 50 years of marriage. The house is big and easily accommodated 15 of us (ranging in age from 3-yrs to 72-yrs) with ample room for privacy. Very clean - everything worked perfectly. Easy and short walk to beach and boardwalk. Beach is wonderful (reminded me of LI Hamptons); not crowded, clean and with lifeguards. Bikes provided for cruising boardwalk. Kids loved the deck pool, especially after coming home from the beach. Pool was clean and easy to access from kitchen. Host (Martin) made sure everything was good - provided parking passes for extra vehicle. Highly recommend this property - good times!

It was the perfect house for our family reunion. The large dining table was perfect for games. Cozy nooks and two outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beautiful beach and boardwalk, all within walking distance!

We booked this house to celebrate three 50th birthdays. We were a group of 16 close friends. The house was perfect. It has a roomy first floor with a well stocked and functioning kitchen and grill. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and the house was clean and in good condition. The only drawback was the small size of the pool. But, that didn’t matter because we spent our days on the beautiful beach which was less than a block away. The house manager, Martin, was terrific. Actually, he was the best house manager I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very accessible, informative, helpful, and nice. This property is an ideal getaway for a large group or two families.

I wanna thanks Martin for hosting us. Incredible house with plenty of room for a party of 17. The newly added heated pool hit the spot. The kids really enjoyed the pool stayed in for hours. Also it’s a 2-3min walk to boardwalk and beach from the property. Overall Martin had great communication and will definitely book again.

For me, cleanliness and communication with the owner or manager is so important. Both were met with the highest standards. The check in and check out was seem less with descriptive easy to follow instructions. If you’re looking for a clean and well kept properly that is run by a responsive and intelligent person, stay here.

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. This was a great venue for my book writing retreat which I hosted for 13 aspiring authors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out so that we could get in some focused time of writing. The home was beautiful, the kitchen was very spacious, and equipped with the essentials so that we could cook and serve meals for our large group of guests. Martin was very nice and accommodating, promptly responding when needed. Only a few issues to consider for future renters. The home can only accommodate a very limited number of cars for parking, so be sure to tell the property manager in advance if you have more than 5 cars coming to the venue, as additional parking passes will need to be secured. Keep in mind that there are 3 floors, and 2 flights of steps, so those who have problems climbing steps should stay on the lower floor. Was definitely a bit disappointed in the pool listed in the description. It is an overground pool that is a lot smaller than expected. Furthermore, we came right before the weather got warmer, so the pool had not yet been cleaned and prepared for the summer season. Being that it has no cover, the water looked pretty gross, which discouraged my guests from sitting on the back deck to write due to the unpleasant view. That was a bummer because the weather was pretty nice that weekend. Lastly, there was an ant issue in one of the rooms, which made the guests in that space very uncomfortable to say the least. Unfortunately, the guest who slept nearest to the window where the ants were was not able to sleep through the night as a result. We also found a few on the kitchen table, so we had to be extra careful leaving food out for any length of time. An exterminator is definitely needed! However, despite the couple of issues mentioned, my guests stated that they would be willing to stay again because the positives outweighed any negatives. The home is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and located in a peaceful area which was conducive to our retreat. Great time overall.

The house and management are both excellent! Anything that was off (the Keurig coffee maker didn't work, for example) was fixed quickly but those situations were few and far between. The common spaces are very large and perfect for large groups to gather. More than enough bedrooms to spread out. We only rated 4 stars for location & neighborhood because other than the beach, there's very little within walking distance. If location and neighborhood had separate ratings, we'd rate location 5 and neighborhood 3. But, by bike or by car, this house is close to Atlantic City Boards and Ocean City Boards.

First off let’s talk about the house - beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. Inside the home has stunning decor and was immaculately clean. The addition of the pool to the home was just what we were looking for. We couldn’t keep the kids out of it - fantastic for any stay. You get the best of the ocean and the pool in one location. We had 15 people and there was so much room for everyone. Such a spacious layout. The owner Martin was in contact throughout the entire process and was the absolute best. We can not wait to book this place or any of his properties in the future. Five stars is not enough!

We just returned from vacation (10 adults & 6 children). The beach & AC boardwalk is a 5 minute walk from the house. The Tropicana & other casinos are approximately a 20 - 25 minute walk. Evening strolls along the boardwalk were amazing. The house offers lots of space for everyone to spread out….kids could be playing while the parents were having dinner! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the glassware, cookware, utensils etc. Our grandkids really enjoyed playing in the pool after a day at the beach! Unwinding on the front porch with the ocean breeze was a wonderful way to end the day! Thanks Again Martin, we had a wonderful family vacation!

This has been the best experience that my group has had with VRBO. The property was absolutely stunning and steps away from the beach! We enjoyed the bikes that was on site as well as the pool which was so refreshing. The property manager (Martin) was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any and all questions no matter what time it was! He assisted with finding us transportation for our 8 days stay and we were able to be enjoy so many different tourist areas. This was definitely a 5 Star ⭐️ property and can’t wait to return. I will definitely be referring to others.

This was our 1st time in Atlantic City. The property was very nice we had a great time in the new pool. We had excellent access to the beach and boardwalk and all of the activities of AC. The house was very spacious our family really enjoyed the new pool. Great family getaway.

Overall the House was sufficient for meeting my family’s needs to be together under one roof. As for Luxury Mansion description, that may be a stretch. We expected a little more for the amount Charged per/day + Owner fees + cleaning + required insurance. The Property Manager Martin was excellent in his communications.

Amazingly beautiful - house manager was a great communicator who assisted in any question we had. Very easy check in and check out process. The pictures do not showcase the true beauty of the house. We were a large group and everyone had even more space than expected. Great location as it’s 5 mins from the casinos. Will book 1000 times again. This was a winter booking. Cannot speak on behalf of the outdoor related activities.
