Ran out of BR tissue and had to buy our own.

This property was everything we were looking for. We put all the kids in the basement bedrooms and they could have their own space. Plenty of room for kids and adults. We loved the hot tub and patio area. Having pool access was nice as well. We were close to Table Rock Lake which was what we wanted. It was perfect for our extended family.

Great VRBO with lots of room to spread out. The patio with a propane fire pit and hot tub were great for our family. The host was very responsive. Suggest doing an inventory of kitchen utensils I.e. measuring cups etc. Only 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to Top of the Rock. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the most wonderful time visiting family and staying in this home in Hollister. The house was large but cozy with so much room for family and activities. It is 3 levels which granted some seclusion when needed. The pool is zero entry so my young children could easily enter and exist. This house had everything we needed and I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our vacation! Very open and spacious. Hot tub and pools were great. Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone to sit.

This place was nice and very well stocked with whatever you might need. Just a couple of small things that didn't effect our stay. Hot tub seems to leak so it was turned off and the string lights above the outdoor patio didn't work. Extra refrigerator in garage is running but is only cool and had old, bad food in it. We saw past these things and really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing accommodations for our crew of workers who helped us with the Big Cedar Christmas event. Each crew-member had their own bed, lots of activities, everything they needed to relax. Thanks for your hospitality!

When we walked into this home we were amazed at how beautiful it was! So tastefully decorated even for Christmas! Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space for us all to relax. The hot tub was perfect! Breakfast around the table and later board games. The next day was spent at SDC. After a day there another relaxing time playing board games and celebrating Christmas together.
Everything in the home was very clean. We had everything that we needed. The host always answered my questions promptly. You and your family would love staying in this home.

Such a wonderful place to accommodate a large group! There was room for everyone to spread out! The Owners were super quick to respond when we couldn’t get the exterior lights to work and sent maintenance by. My only suggestion would be to offer more mirrors throughout the house. We had 16 ladies trying to use 4 mirrors…made for a humorous stay! Thanks so much and we look forward to visiting again!

Excellent house for families sharing a space together. Great patio & hot tub. Close to Big Cedar. The only thing to watch out for is at night- if you don't have the patio light on, the hand railing ends two steps before you reach the patio, if your not careful, you could miss the last two steps & fall as one of our guests did. We rented two houses and Robyn the property manager was excellent and very accommodating!

This place is awesome!!! Other than the neighbors enjoying themselves a bit loudly we found it comfortable and large enough for our team! Super easy checkout process, probably the easiest one ever!!!!

We really enjoyed this house, hot tub and the pool area. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was great for cooking with the family and we were excited to see the pool table downstairs! This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Robyn’s properties and we hope to again. I messaged her with a question and within an hour or so she called me from her vacation in Hawaii. I thought she went above and beyond! Overall, a great family vacation!

Thank you for letting us stay in this home! It was beautifully decorated and was very spacious for our 14 member family get together. Enjoyed making smores in the backyard, hanging out in the hot tub. I loved how easy it was to get in/check-in and out of the house. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the extra room(s) both upstairs and downstairs. It worked well for our family of 4 couples and 4 kids.
Property was the best one in the neighborhood. Had a hill next door with no houses, and a great backyard fire pit area.

This house was great for multiple families with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and using the hot tub. The teens had fun playing pool downstairs. We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Branson area!

This house was the best we've chosen so far. There were 12 of us and we all were extremely comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with all essentials & it felt like home! The property manager was attentive & took care of any concerns we had. There was a blind broke in the downstairs fun room that the manager was unaware of but she had it fixed immediately. We definitely will use this house again on our next Brandon stay & suggest others to do the same if you have a nice size group like we did.

Everything was superb. This is our 2nd year staying with this host but a different house and we have absolutely no complaints. We will be definitely renting it again next year!!!

No complaints but some helpful observations... kitchen faucet drips. No switch on living room lamp. Light above stove does not stay on. Broken tongs in utensil drawer. Kitchen utensils in general are getting worn. Still love the property and would rent again.

This property was beautiful. It was just as advertised. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Peking is very limited when several people are staying but that was our only complaint. Would absolutely rent again!

This is a pretty good location with access to all the big cedar lodge wonderful facilities. Easy enough to get in and out of and spacious. The place could use a little bit of upgrading but it was decorated well, beds and bedrooms were comfortable and the restrooms etc. were clean, if you’re planning on cooking you can do so but most of the utensils and pots and pans are pretty well worn out overall a good value especially for a good group and the young adults really enjoyed the hot tub.

There are maintenance issues 2 bathroom sink drains were so clogged you couldn't brush your teeth in them. Electrical wire from garage to Southside was fraid and exposed. The back step railing off screen porch is rotted and loose. The string patio lights didn't work. The carpet in living room has a lot of crumbs under the table, which I swept up. Otherwise great time. Coffee was supplied and coffee pot was in good working order. Rooms were comfortable, decor was nice.

The home is large and beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities a large group needs. The neighborhood is safe and well maintained. You are a short walk to the pool area. This is a HOA and there are some rules (signs posted about issuing fines for parking etc). We had 5 cars and parking was tight (we parked one car in the garage and four carefully in the driveway) . The house is centrally located to every place in and around Branson. We enjoyed great family time at Black Bear.

Overall, the house was a nice place for our family trip, plenty of space for a group of 15. The garage needs some cleaning and straightening up, looks like storage unit. The post holding the railing on front porch is rotted , needs to be replaced. Good location.
