We LOVED staying here! The views were amazing - from inside and outside! The pics did not do it justice! There was plenty of space for everyone - in and outside of the house. Beds were super comfortable! Hot tub was working great and the views at sunset couldnt be beat! Kids loved playing bocce ball - one suggestion I would have though is to have some sort of guard rail preventing the bocce balls from tumbling down the side of the hill. We lost 2 balls down the hillside (sorry). Chatted with the neighbor below (she was very friendly) and she didn't recommend searching for them because the hill was filled with poison oak. We did find extra balls to use in the outside closet, so we used those instead.

This property was better than I expected. The photos do not do it justice. From the views to the great character of this home, it was wonderful. We will stay there again since we visit family who live in Carmel Valley. Highly recommended!

This home was cozy, well appointed and had outdoor space to dream about! We spent mornings watching the sunrise and evenings watching it set. The stars were shining as we sat outside. The hot tub was very nice. The house was very clean. Thoughtful touches like bottle water and wine were so classy. The bed was the ultimate comfort and the sheets, I would have purchased on my way out! :) I can absolutely see our family coming back to stay again. Really special piece of earth.
Don't be scared by the drive up to the house - it's a little odd the first time - but it is worth it!

thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. kitchen was stocked, multiple places outside and in to sit and hang out. views were fantastic. our stay focused alot on cooking and the kitchen was the hub. great spot would definitely recommend

This was the perfect location to host a low key weekend wellness retreat with 8 of our friends. People slept comfortably. The master bedroom can have doors to the left and right opened and the bed is extremely cozy. We hosted a sound bath in the front yard and massages. The hot tub and bocce ball court are excellent activities. The weather was beautiful. Friends went on hikes nearby. And the kitchen was spectacular for prep. The wet bar is a excellent place to make drinks and coffee. The house feels cozy despite its size. It is well stocked with cups of all sizes, bowls, plates and hot water taps. It's private so your guests can feel free to maximize their wellness.

This property is such a relaxing, tranquil place tucked in the hills of Carmel Valley. We had the best time enjoying the property - fire pit, jacuzzi, and all of the fabulous outdoor furniture.
It had everything we needed. We will certainly return!

The home was perfect except that it was 100 degrees and no ac in the house. They did bring a portable ac but this house is huge. Only one box fan and one small one. There should have been more fans in the house. We had to leave during the day because it was just so hot you couldn't stay in the house. This house is perfect for a winter stay. It was unseasonably warm, it's usually not that hot. House had everything you could want with AMAZING views. Beds super comfortable.

Wow! That was our reaction upon arriving at this property. It was everything we hoped it would be - and so much more. Gorgeous site; amazing view; beautiful home. It's hard to imagine enough superlatives to describe this place. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house, trusted to share all of the special things that make this place “home.” We played bocce; we ate in the courtyard; we enjoyed the hot tub; we walked back and forth to the village - which is less than a mile away; we just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler and the space was perfect. We had one maintenance issue during our stay. It wasn't critical, but we received a response within 10 seconds of reporting it - and someone came out to fix it yet that day. We were amazed at the attention we received. This was our first visit to Carmel Valley, but certainly not our last! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Family vacations are sacred for us - planned out for months and whisked away far too quickly. This one lingered. We are grateful.

This was such a great location for a girls weekend. We hadn't seen each other in so long due to the pandemic! The only issue we tried to communicate but wasn't able to get through to anyone was that the garbage disposal wasn't working, so we tried to be as mindful as possible when doing the dishes. Sorry! Otherwise, everyone was super accommodating. The views were amazing and it was such a beautiful spot. We didn't even need to go anywhere because we had so much fun! My girlfriends were looking to book again in the future for their own families and loved ones!

The property and views are gorgeous. The house is chock full of beautiful Mexican and Southwestern art and furniture. We felt as though we were floating high above the hills in complete privacy even though we were minutes away from the village, restaurants, hiking and all the coastal attractions. I especially loved the outdoor dining and lounging areas; unfortunately it was too cold and windy to enjoy them fully. My only complaint is that the drawers in the MBR dresser were filled with the owner's clothes. And all the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom were crammed with what were clearly the owner's toiletries. I couldn't help but feel like he/she had just gone out for an errand and would be back any minute. So that sense of the “invisible owner” was completely absent.

Amazing property both interior and exterior. Photos online don’t reveal half of what the grounds and home have to offer. . A treasure I’m hoping no one else discovers so we have more access to. Spanish themed furnishing were stunning. Indoor and outdoor entertaining and relaxing areas with 360 views kept us from venturing off too often. Golf, hiking and restaurants within minutes. Coming home from the few outing to enjoy cocktails and the views was the highlight.
Maintained spotless care inside and out. We’ve already booked two separate stays before even leaving.

The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for a treat my family for a small getaway. The home is spacious and impressive. Some of the dishes had some residue (either from previous renters or bad dishwasher), otherwise everything was great! The offer for extended check-out for an extra $50 was perfect because it gave us enough time to continue enjoying the home while we packed our things.

This is an amazing house. The weather was perfect. We had fun trying out all of the different seating areas, the hot tub and bocce ball court. The views from every area was amazing and the stars at night....wow.. This house has everything you need and more. It is so private you feel like you are on the top of the world. Can't wait to come back.

More directions are needed for TV's. Some of the electrical outlets are in need of replacing. There are pet stains on the carpeting and some torn areas.In the master bathroom there is one window blind missing.Laundry room is a disaster. This is our first day here so hoping for a better experience

My siblings an I planned an anniversary weekend getaway for our parents! The house was nice and clean a total Intimate destination. The Hot tub was great it overlooks all of the valley. Great gathering spaces for family. The architecture of the house allows for great views Carmel valley. Perfect for bike riding.
