Willkommen im Surf Crest Village Nr. 25, Pelican Beach View, einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub. Dieses fantastische einstöckige Strandhaus (2bd / 1ba) ist neu im Mietprogramm. Vorerst unten zu vermieten, später wegen Renovierungsarbeiten im Obergeschoss. Terrasse im Erdgeschoss und Holzterrasse im Obergeschoss mit herrlichem Blick auf die luftige St. Augustine Ozean. Der Wohnbereich der Master Suite verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer beherbergt ein Doppelbett und beide teilen sich ein Vollbad. Dieser Wohnbereich beherbergt einen großen Flachbild-TV. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung Ihrer leckeren Urlaubsgerichte benötigen. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Shortest walk to the beach access boardwalk! The home was exactly as described and well equipped. We hope to visit again next summer.

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable.
We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar.
— only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70.
If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Our family said this was our best vacation ever!! All due to this wonderful home. Having two full floors made it super convenient and ,the closeness of the walkway to the beach-perfection all the way around.
We look forward to booking with Patty again as she was so communicative and made the entire process easy! Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime!!

We absolutely loved this property! Easy access to the beach and pool. Only thing is the pictures make the place look much bigger than it is downstairs when it is a bit tight but not awful. Having the 2 kitchens was awesome. We've stayed at many places and have never had that amenity before and with having my nephews, their mother, my brother and my son it was nice. Loved the balcony very nice favorite place! Would be nice if the balcony had a cover we tried to use the awning but couldn't figure it out. It rained a lot in the evenings so chairs were always wet so a cover would've been nice. The dryer could use an update but worked. Lots of towels! I filled the ice trays for ice and I recommend buying ice and bringing your own water lol. Nothing against place bc they do not have control over the water. Shower upstairs was great. Everything worked very well in the house. Great little neighborhood very quiet. Pool key is behind the front door if you can't find it lol my 9 y/o had to find it for me hehe. Beautiful sunrises. Shower to rinse off from beach is on the bottom porch to the side by trash cans. We will definitely be back! Patti and Harry were amazing! I had a family emergency and she showed me grace and I am very thankful for that. Still good people out there! We really enjoyed every minute of this trip. This is definitely a place I will be saving to come back to! Even though I mentioned some things wrong I would come back still even if they were not fixed.

Great home in a great location. Good views of the beach and close to everything. The place was clean and we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having living areas and kitchens on both floors.

We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.

This house is in an excellent location, but the house itself is very mediocre. We enjoyed a short stay but had trouble with a toilet and the dishwasher. It appears that improvements have been made, but the beds are not very comfy and it needs some more TLC to really be nice. The property managers were excellent about communicating with us!

We spent a week at #25. Our family has stayed at Surf Crest Village previously, and this time we had a lot of other family stay at a handful of cottages. It was very convenient to the beach and lovely to visit everyone else that traveled and meet up and one another's places for meals. We had a great time enjoying the pool too. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. We hope to return in the future.

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor and beautiful deck overlooking ocean that is nice and shady in the late evening. The two story villa was perfect for our family. Unit was super clean and smelled great upon checking in!

All went smoothly,. Instructions very clear and all worked out as expected. Enjoyed our time. The stars on the beach at night are stunning over the dune preservation area. A little surprised to see a car lane on the beach but was only crowded with vehicles on Christmas Day. All in all a relaxing spot very convenient to walk over to private neighborhood boardwalk to beach. Neighbors very nice, quiet and friendly.

The house was exactly as described in the property listing. It’s a very comfortable beach house. It is directly across from the boardwalk that gives private access to the beach. The boardwalk goes over sand dunes so it’s about 100 yards to the beach. There was plenty of space in the house for 6 adults. We spent most of our time on the second floor as it has more open space and the beautiful view of the ocean over the sand dunes. The deck is also on the 2nd floor, so every morning we could watch the sun rise while having our coffee. Since the deck gets direct sun in the morning, there is a patio umbrella that helps keep things a little cooler. The beds were comfortable. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds on ground floor, 1 bedroom with King bed upstairs. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available and the A/C was great. Each floor had a full kitchen, including a Keurig. There is a dishwasher in the 2nd floor kitchen. The house has 2 dedicated parking spaces. Beach towels and chairs were provided. We didn’t use the beach cart. The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are close by. The internet was slow, but everyone in our group was on vacation (no one needed to work while we were here) so it wasn’t an issue. It helped us minimize our screen time and relax! Patty was very responsive to any questions we had.
One thing to note: Cars are allowed on the beach so you need to be aware of traffic at end of boardwalk, heading down to the beach.

I can't say enough great things about this house! The location to the beach, restaurants, shops, and activities was perfect, the view was amazing, and the house itself was fabulous! We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms, even though there were just 2 of us for most of our stay. We also made use of the 2 kitchens more than we thought we would because we kept our daily food and drinks upstairs and our bottled drinks for the beach downstairs. It was nice not having to lug a cooler with ice up and down stairs. The house provided a starter set of amenities, beach towels, chairs, and a nice rolling beach cart. There wasn't an umbrella, but no biggie. We purchased one on clearance at Walmart for $8...score! The water in the shower upstairs doesn't get as hot as the water in the shower downstairs, so if you like a really hot shower, opt for the downstairs shower. Oh, and the downstairs shower has an optional heat lamp in it, which is perfect for me because I'm always cold!! The beds and couches were all comfortable and the TV had a nice range of channels. My only suggestion would be to either add an outside shower or to put a nozzle on the hose so that you can easily rinse off everything after going to the beach. There is a hose outside, but it's a little hard to get to without walking through the bushes. That's the only minor thing that could have made our stay even better. There was great communication with Patty and the check in process was very easy. We absolutely feel in love with the house and had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The beds were comfortable. The ac actually stayed cold during the day. Had everything we needed. The internet and tv was slow or intermittent at times during clouds or storms but we would rather take that time to ride around and see the sites. Will stay here again

This property is perfect for a family vacation. We will definitely be renting from here again. Only two negatives 1 the upstairs shower head sits very low and the stairs need little more protection for small child’s as mine is 9 month old. The owners are very friendly and communicate well with you and your trip.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. First, the proximity to the beach was fantastic. You walk out the door and the boardwalk is about 20 yards away and then you’re on the beach. Plus, it’s a private boardwalk so it’s only the people in that community using it. First time we’ve had an upstairs AND downstairs living room and kitchen. Mom and Dad upstairs and the kids got to “pretend” they had their own place downstairs (which means they had to clean it also). View of the ocean from the deck, many restaurants in walking distance. It was just perfect!! At least one morning, we would recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise over the ocean…totally worth it. The house had everything we needed and we would stay here again without question.
