Chris did a fantastic job delivering what is promised in the listing! We had a beautiful wedding at the rental and the most fun weekend ever thanks to his ready and willingness to help and provide the best for us!

Our stay was great! Accommodated our large group perfectly and was in a great location for traveling to the beach and other surrounding areas. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Pool/hot tub was amazing and the dock into the channel with a small beach was a treat! Chris and Crystal both made the trip a breeze and were both easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here if looking in the area, it was a blast!

Our stay at this time was awesome! Accommodated our pets and 20 family members. We had a great time! The bay beach access and dock for our boat was a great bonus! Would definitely contact Chris to stay again. Also, the house manager Crystal was so helpful and so quick to respond to anything we needed handled.

The property manager was professional, courteous, and she gave us her cell number to call her if we had any questions. It has it all from the dock on the bay, small beach, and a amazing pool. The inside was plenty roomy, clean, all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans. This house has it all!!! Rent this one you won't be disappointed!!!

All had a blast

This property was great for our large family get together. The pool turned out to be the center of activity. The large size accommodated the entire family. Grandkids were able to enjoy lots of quality time with all their cousins, aunts and uncles! The adults really like the boat dock with high diving area. Didn't need the beach as this property offered everything the family desired for a wonderful week together.

Loved the property, especially the pool/spa. It looked like there were still some items that needed to be finished, but it did not affect our stay at all. Chris and Rian were also very friendly and helpful during our stay!

My group and I were very satisfied with our stay. The property as well as its amenities were perfect for our stay. Each of the houses were very clean and provided plenty of space for our large group. Chris, the owner, was a fantastic host. He provided us with anything that we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The pool and spa appeared to be brand new, and included and abundance of features. Also, the double decker dock provided a great space for relaxation. Overall, the house and location were perfect for our large group. My group and I would defiantly recommend this place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed in Fort Walton Beach for a Ladies Retreat and rented out the entire property for a very large group. Check in was wonderful and Chris was very attentive to our needs. We loved watching the dolphins on the dock and enjoying the large living/dining room with our group. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Will definitely rent this property again. This property was amazing. Host / property manager was incredible, wanted to make sure if we needed anything they were a phone call away. This was a great experience.

This property is not at all as described! we showed up to a CONSTRUCTION SITE. The owner was incredibly unprofessional he continued showing up to the property unannounced (EVERY DAY WE WERE HERE) He even showed up minutes before the wedding delaying our wedding start time, watching us on cameras, we had ZERO privacy. He also showed up to the home while we were at dinner texted my husband saying he was coming while we were gone (so he was watching us on the cameras) with all our personal belongings at the home making each of us very uncomfortable so my husband went back to the home to address what was going on. We were promised a finished beautiful backyard for a wedding and a heated pool. We showed up to a HAZARDOUS back yard. unfinished fence half filled pool, pallets of materials, flags, trenches, tubing, and many more things. we had a few young kids here making this VERY DANGEROUS. We even had one guest twist her ankle on the unfinished walkway. we spent out entire vacation before the wedding cleaning and trying to make the property presentable for all our friends and family who drive 6 hours to see our wedding. Then the owner showed up to our wedding to take pictures of our wedding of which he has/had no permission to use or take was a huge invasion of privacy. The owner told us we could check out 1.5 hours later due to us wanting to make sure everything was cleaned up and then changed his mind the next morning and showed up causing a scene again. save your self the head ache and unprofessionalism and book somewhere else.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding in October. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, well stocked, and great location! Would definitely stay again!
