Our family of 4 just returned from 5 days at Joel's Place. It was perfect! The cottage had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The private outdoor shower was a huge hit! Especially when rinsing off sandy bodies and clothes! The two pools were very clean, warm, and included floaties and pool toys. The location is perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, the BEACH! We spent most of our time at Lake Worth Beach. Lots of space to spread out, even on the weekend. Roger was a great host. Personable, knowledgeable, easy-going, accommodating.. I could go on and on. If you're thinking about this rental... GO FOR IT!! Thanks, Roger, for making our family trip wonderful!

Fabulous accommodations. Cute cottage with all the amenities. The indoor and outdoor spaces are so welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, sunning, floating and the location is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & downtown Lake Worth Beach. There are many close beaches to explore. We can’t wait to stay here on our next trip. Roger is an excellent host.

Perfectly quiet but near everything. Minutes from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and a great Publix! This place was exactly as pictured - with the wandering cats outside who came over to say hello. The pools were perfect, and the cabana provided much needed shade. From first opening the door to locking it the last time we had the perfect spot to enjoy the week.

Great area, easy to walk to downtown. We used uber to go to Delray and West Palm beach. Roger gave us a great breakfast tip. Go! You won't be disappointed. Enjoyed the pools and the properties. Very nice hosts!

Roger was such a great host and his property was the perfect oasis for our weekend get-away. The house is cute, comfy and clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The back yard and pool area is set up like a little private resort and was it was so nice to be able to go right out the back door to swim or have coffee by the pool. The location is great. Very close to the beach and the cute little town. And Roger was so friendly and helpful and just a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and hope to get back there myself someday.

We have never used Vrbo before, this was are first time and it was better than expected. Roger was a great host. He showed us around the property, gave us some tips of places to eat that were local. The cottage was so cute and clean. The pools were great and we enjoyed the evening atmosphere. Definitely would come back and stay again.

First impression is that of a cute little house with two small bedrooms. Packed tightly next to other small looking homes.
Step out the back door and WOW! There is a small patio. Move through a short walkway, and there is a swimming pool. Which leads through a gate into a large patio, set with chairs, tables, grills and a cabana. Move across the patio, through the gate and there is another swimming pool with its own patio area. The whole are is fenced in, well decorated and landscaped. It just has the feeling of a private little paradise!
Rodger is the host (Joel is the cat😊). Rodger is more than amazing. He lives right there on the property. Kind, curtious, very friendly and so helpful. Rodger has that amazing ability to always be around if you need him, then moves on and gives complete privacy.
He has that tack of never being overbearing.
Joel's place, in my opinion, is far better than any hotel. The beach is just a short drive away. And anything one could ever need is very close by. This would be the perfect place to bring an extended family.

Roger is a truly great guy. The property is kept up beautifully. He's super kind, helpful and down to earth! We will definitely be back anytime we come visit family and friends! And, bonus, if you ever wnat to come down iwth your extended family or a group of family or friends, it's perfect for that! Reasonable pricing and 3 cottages with 2 heated pools and many cooking/grilling/seating areas. Close to Lake Ave, grocery shopping, starbucks, the beach, golf courses and really everything in and around palm beach within 15-25min! Go! Stay! Relax! Roger's thought of and covered everything for you! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The owner Roger was delightful and very helpful! Location was close to everything we needed. Our cottage was cozy, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the beautiful pools and outdoor living spaces!
We could hear the trains going by now and then, but it did not take away from our pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay! Our cottage was very clean, well equipped and perfect for 4 people. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool areas and the other relaxation area’s immensely! Roger is an amazing host! So friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us since we got in so late! The location is awesomely! Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes from the beach!
Would come back here in a heartbeat!

This property is a true gem. We walked into the town and we’re able to walk the 1 1/2 miles to the beach. Roger is an awesome host. He told us the best places to go and where we could drive to a local beach that had free morning parking.
The property- OMG wonderful. I loved swimming laps and the various sitting areas to read or chat. Best place we’ve stayed and hope to return. Thanks Roger for being a great host!

Rogers place is a perfect getaway. The home is old but well kept. Each room has a window air unit which kept the home perfect temperature in the Florida heat. Both pools were spotless and very enjoyable. Roger was a perfect host and very friendly. We felt very comfortable during our weekend stay and will likely return in the future.

First time to the area. This is a cute and cozy little cottage. The owner lives on the property and came by and introduced himself and gave us some suggestions for local restaurants and beaches to visit. The cottage is located close to beaches, parks, and grocery. My young children enjoyed the pool and loved Joel the cat! I really enjoyed the history of the property and the reading material available on the area. Roger is a wonderful and accommodating host.

Loved the house, it was a family of 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Roger was the best host we’ve had, nicest guy ever, very attentive and gave us great suggestions on places to visit. We will hopefully be back sooner rather than later, we loved the place and had great experience.

Roger was incredibly hospitable. There was fresh fruit and chilled wine when we arrived. He told us about a neighborhood festival that was happening during our visit, and gave us information on other activities in the area that fit our kids interests. Absolutely would recommend!

A rather eclectic property but it suited our needs perfectly. Roger was a friendly and accommodating host, willing to offer advice and discuss the area. We came for an extended weekend of fishing and holiday cheer. Fish were in short supply so we focused on dining and the water. The pool was just right, it is shared with two other houses, but was never an issue. We will stay here again. Thank you Roger!

Awesome space with everything you need. I stayed with my family, 2 adults and two small children. We had plenty of space and even able to have a few people over for dinner some nights! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space is as described and more!!!! The location is close to everything you will want to discover in lake worth, and also close for day trips up and down the coast as its close to 95. The host was on site and very friendly and accommodating! We will be back, hopefully sooner than later! Thank you
