The Cabernet Inn is immaculate! Plenty of space for our group of 12. And the Property Manager is always quick to respond from time of booking until checkout. Can't wait to go back again!

Beautiful scenery, close to places and things. Plenty of room for a big family or group

beautiful house right off the town of North Conway. we came as 20 friends for a reunion and had a lovely time cooking and spending time together in the house, hot tub, snow tubing and exploring the town. the house is a converted inn so all the 12-13 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there are two large common spaces with fireplaces, plus a large kitchen, to hang out in. good communication with host and clean property, exactly as pictured/described. would definitely come back!

We did a long weekend with multiple generations totalling 16 people (no young kids though). We've rented a number of large houses in the area and this was one of the best. Rooms were great, like individual inn rooms rather than just large house with a lot of bedrooms. The tubs and gas fireplaces in some of the rooms were very nice. Beds and furnishings were better than we're used to. The rest of the inn worked well for us, two living room type areas for gathering, plenty of dishes etc for large group. The upstairs main living room flows into the dining area, so we could do games or conversation with all 16 of us. Kitchen is functional, but not super fancy. On the noise issues in the house rules and other reviews, we had no issues. We did visit in the winter, so we weren't using the yard very much. Finally, whichever guests made the owners add the items about parking were clearly parking in the wrong place. Parking is fine.

Lots of room, great location. Would highly recommend this property. Everybody had their own room and bathroom and there were common areas available for gathering/game playing. The rules and warnings from the owner were a little intimidating. But if you're not running a party house you have nothing to worry about. You are asked to wash and dry towels and start sheets in the wash before you leave. Easily planned for when knowing this up front.

Check in was a little delayed due to cleaners still being there at check in time of 4 pm .. they were pleasant and allowed us to start unloading and hanging out in the lower levels while they finished the top. Most communication with the owner was answered promptly, especially anything of high importance. The rules prior to check in initially seemed like a lot but we ran into zero issues and had a great time. Would highly recommend this space and look forward to booking again in the future.

It was a fabulous stay!!! There was 20 of us for our family vacation and the house could not have been more perfect. There is so much room here , everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom, great privacy if you want and awesome gathering space. The kitchen was well supplied for a large group. The location to North Conway center made it so much fun! We would definitely book this house again!

Nice Place, every bedrooms have attached bath

We had such an amazing experience! Every single person was amazed at how perfect this property was for our 18 person group. Even with 18 people we had 3 unused rooms. We made use of both living spaces and enjoyed an evening playing some yard games. One thing that wasn’t on the listing is that there is an entire tennis count there! We did not use it but I’m sure that’s a great perk for some folks. We were able to walk to some restaurants and everything else was about a 5 minute drive. When outside we were very mindful and nervous of noise, just due to the rules, but overall felt comfortable. Our only note would be that the hot tub was not the cleanest, but truly with everything that’s around we didn’t feel like that was something we really cared much about. Also there was an alarm that was going off, I called scott who immediately answered and walked me through shutting it off, which was great! We can’t wait to visit again and could see this being a yearly trip for our friend group.

Where can I begin on the wonderful things that made this place a fantastic stay. Cleanliness: For how large this home is in the intricate details it would have passed a white glove inspection. It was great to have a dumpster there as well. The space: The bedrooms fit all of us comfortably. Complete with a FULL bathroom off each bedroom. The hot tub was clean and refreshing. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and then some. We had 20 women and had 3 coffee pots going. The kitchen was super clean as well. We surprised it had 2 full size refrigerators. Location: The Inn Is located .5 miles from North Conway center. Perfect! The host: Scott was a super host! He helped us with a few things when we arrived and was available if we needed anything. All in all this Inn was a perfect place for a large group.

Great house, was really nice having bathrooms in each room. Kitchen was great for cooking big meals. Had a small hiccup with the fire alarm, but the owner told us how to address right away. Would definitely stay here again - close to everything!

I rented the Cabernet Inn for a retreat for 12 couples and this place could not have been more perfect. It was cozy. It provided the right atmosphere that I desired for the group and the weekend together. I needed to address a couple of things with Scott and he was very responsive and helpful. ****Beware: Room 1 does not have a key by the main door.

Property was fabulous for a large family Thanksgiving reunion. Plenty of space to gather as a large group and additional spaces for clusters to gather in more quiet settings. Kitchen was fabulous - especially with lots of "cooks in the kitchen" - plenty of space. Convenient location for shopping and hiking. Wish they would have a recycling program however; as we had a lot of indulgences that were just disposed of. Perfect space for a reunion. Thank you for allowing us to have this inn for the memories to last a lifetime.

The place was very big and had enough rooms for a big group. Any concerns were addressed by the manager , who was easy to get in touch with. Overall we all felt it was overpriced.

This property was a wonderful place for a family vacation. The rooms were all well decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. Great common areas to relax and visit. Well stocked kitchen for those that like cooking.

We stayed here with 12 couples. All the bedrooms have their own bath and many have Jacuzzis tubs and/or fireplaces. There aren't tvs in most rooms though so know that when you book. Otherwise the house was very well equipped with plenty of extras and basics that some rentals skip over....like plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Also the kitchen had all the things you need to cook great meals (we loved the built in skillet for breakfast) including things like coffee and other basic staples. There was plenty of room, although I would say it would be difficult to all gather in one particular room. When we gathered as a group we mostly had to use the kitchen but there are 2 living areas that are nice. Also the basement has 2 full refrigerators in addition to the 2 on the main level and room 1 has a mini fridge which was nice. The jacuzzi was hot and worked well. I dont remember the listing mentioning it, but there is a nice tennis court and rackets on property. Fire pit was nice and we had more than enough room for parking. The neighbors aren't super close but I would say we were very nervous about making any noise after 9pm because although the neighbors aren't very close, it's extremely quiet at night and when you gather a dozen or more people together and just talk at normal levels, that noise will carry and knowing the issues with conway I will say that was the one downfall. I felt alot of stress on night 1 to constantly police our guests so they whispered outside. So even using the jacuzzi after 9 wasn't really an option for fear that talking in it would bring complaints but that's more of an issue with the town than the property itself. The only thing else worth mentioning that I did not see in the listing was that there is a security camera on the back deck. I dont know if it is monitored or if it records both visual and audio and we didn't notice it til the last day. We would definitely return and enjoyed our stay.

The Cabernet Inn was wonderful. The location was perfect. The bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, outdoor area, and kitchen were all top notch.However, after we booked, the manager threw on a bunch of extra fees. Then he sent house a house rules document that was way too long and complex to process. I had to delegate reading it to other members of my group. Later, I asked a followup question about those rules, and he responded by resending me the rules document. I was terrified that he was going to slap me with some sort of fee or another, and it hung over me the whole time we were there. A terrible way to treat a guest.

A perfect place to stay, in a stunning corner of the world!

This house was great for my friends and me. We each had our own room when we wanted privacy, and the public space was great for spending time together.The kitchen was very spacious and user friendly. The hot tub was extremely relaxing with room for 5 or 6.Overall a great place to stay in a great location!
