The description in the listing for this home does not do it justice. This rental was so much more than we had expected! The rooms were all well appointed and beds very comfortable. The kitchen and family room area is spacious and welcoming- we had a girls weekend with my mom and my daughters and enjoyed hanging out in the common area together. We were even gifted complimentary waters and a bottle of wine!! We stayed in the house in July so it was well over 100 degrees outside. The AC kept the house nice and cool - keeping the blinds closed helped with that as well. My daughter had to work remotely during the day and she never had any issues with the wifi, it was "great" as described! We brought our lab with us and the yard was perfect for him. It's fully fenced so I was never worried about him running out to the street (we never left him unattended though!!!) The gravel and mulch made it easy to clean up after the dog. The only thing that was a little strange was that there were no hand towels in the bathrooms. There were plenty of large, comfy bath towels so it wasn't really a problem, but if we were to stay again we would bring our own face towels. As some people have mentioned, there aren't that many plates but it wasn't an issue for us since we just had 4 people. The kitchen has new gorgeous appliances. Also- parking is on the street and we were fine, no issues. There was some confusion because the rental guide had said to park in the driveway to avoid being fined, but there is no driveway. We parked on the street all three nights with no problem! During our stay, we went wine tasting, to Sensorio, and also to the Mid County Fair. The location of this house is perfect - easy to get anywhere in Paso. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely book this place again!!

The house is beautiful but we had a run in with the back tenant that we didn't know was back there and honestly made for an unpleasant first night of a celebratory event.

Lovely 3 bedroom plus den is DT Paso. Easy 10 minute walk to central park. Very clean inside, upgraded stove, and nice linens. A few comments about the kitchen. There are only 4 dinner plates and 4 forks (but other silverware is plentiful). Although you can use the bread/butter plates as a dinner plate, they are too small. Bring paper plates and extra plastic wear. The outdoor area is nice, the table is covered but you will have to clean the chairs. If you have more than 6 people, bring towels. It's very quiet neighborhood, so be considerate of neighbors, who are very nice. Would stay again, just noting the exceptions mentioned.

This property is in a great location. There is ample space for a family with a large common room for eating and entertaining.

Facility was excellent gathering spot for friends from all over the country. Nice location and home with plenty of modern touches. Rained most of the weekend but we get a chance to enjoy the backyard on our final day. Would gladly stay again.

The property was nicely renovated, comfortable for our family of 3 and my sister’s family of 4 plus our dog. Walkable to downtown. Quiet neighbors. Everything we needed!

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and clean. Just one suggestion: there were only 4 dinner plates and about 8-10 salad size plates. We didn't cook much but it would have been nice to have more larger plates. Otherwise great!

Lovely stay! Property management was quick to resolve the initial snafu with the heat. Consensus from our group is to add more hooks to bathrooms and backs of doors. There were 8 of us sharing the two bathrooms, and many of us had to hang towels and wash clothes over our bedroom doors. Another set or two of bath linens and dishware would have been appreciated! We ran out of things like coffee cups quick quickly. Great location, comfortable beds, and trendy finishes.

The house was impeccably clean with new kitchen, bathrooms and living room furnishings. The linens were of good quality and luxurious. We appreciated having shampoos, blow dryer and washer/dryer. The house was perfect for our group of five. Comfortable great room that was perfect for socializing. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. The backyard was where we spent the evenings, visiting, snacking and sipping. The location was ideal - convenient to downtown, easy to find and surprisingly quiet despite being on somewhat of a main thoroughfare. The neighbors were very nice - please be respectful of them when you park. There is no off-street parking, but we had two vehicles and never had any issues. There were a couple things we needed, and the property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this 4 beds/3 bedroom home is well suited. It is very modern inside with all the amenities you would need away from home. The only issues we had was the lack of clarity of where to park (inside instructions said don't park in the street but when I called they said it was ok) and an unwillingness to provide more towels. We had 6 guests and were provided 8 towels. They reluctantly provided additional towels 3 days later that smelled like smoke. We also had to search for the TV remote (found between the cushions).

The rental house was very clean and perfectly suited for a group of 5 adults (and can comfortably sleep more). The place was very clean and well furnished, and location was convenient to downtown Paso Robles, Paso Market Walk, and all the surrounding wineries. Check-in and -out process was easy.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and as pictured. The beds are super comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, wine tasting and shops. It was perfect for our 3 couples. Highly recommend!

Perfect downtown and close to great food and shopping ! Please is modern and very clean with the perfect back yard to enjoy a glass of wine and cheese ! Be back soon

Everything was great! Kitchen and living room were updated, clean and everything worked well. Had a great time staying so close to Paso Robles downtown which was 5-10 min walk. Would stay there again!!

Everything in home was remodeled and nice. Within walking distance to local eateries, very clean and quiet. We had a nice, comfortable stay.

Visited friends in SLO and decided to drive down to Paso for 4th of July. I'm glad we did we had a great time. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay if you are visiting for wine tasting and breweries. The house is in downtown so everything was minutes away within walking and driving distance. Very quiet location and well furnished.

The house was perfect for 8 adults. The kitchen has everything we needed plus more! The entire house was spotless and fully stocked to our needs.

It was refreshing to see that the owner fully renovated the home. Everything felt so clean. We Really did hit the jackpot staying here our favorite spots were close to the house. We would love to come back next year!
