The house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect space for a large group of friends or family to spend a long weekend. Everything was so easy from check-in to check-out. The home was comfortable and spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this home enough. 12 out of 10!

This property is well-appointed, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The gathering spaces (inside and outside) are plentiful and spacious. Kitchen is great and includes two dishwashers, which is an added benefit for larger families. There are plenty of stairs to navigate, so caution for groups that include people who do not handle stairs well. Close to the beach and area restaurants; easy drive to downtown Charleston. Customer service is responsive.

We had an awesome time at Deja Blue! Everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the area, proximity to our event and the beach! Everyone had a nice room to themselves, and lots of space in the main home areas. We only wish we had known about the pool maintenance farther in advance. Overall, everything was great! We’ll definitely be back!

A group of Florida young fire department officers in the 70s became good friends by teaching together and although careers took them all over the country they stayed in touch. Now all retired we have a reunion every few years to renew the bonds. This was the 4th gathering. 7 of the 10 were able to attend. We visited Patriots Point and the Charleston Fire Chief gave us a tour and briefing of the Charleston 9 Memorial. We had trouble with a leaking ice maker but the rental agency responded quickly to mitigate the issue. A great visit. But lots of stairs and the elevator was out of service.

Great house and great location. House was clean and easily handled our group. Just wish the weather had cooperated so we could have taken full advantage.

The house is beautiful! Very clean and well decorated. It was perfect for our group of 8 friends visiting for the weekend in early November . Highly recommend !!

My friends and I came to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was perfect! The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some amazing meals. I wish I’d asked to heat the pool but that was my fault. We still spent plenty of time sitting by it. The beach was just across the way for amazing walks and to soak up the rays. I would highly recommend the property!

Really a clean comfortable "beachy" house. Lots of rooms to spread out. Outside seating was so nice being up in the trees. Had a private feeling. Really a great house. Two suggestions: Bannister needed on steps down to garage for senior people. Also, beautiful, giant master shower needs some work or instructions on how to manage to all the shower heads.

The place was great - clean, easy check in, great communication. Our group enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Thanks very much for hosting us.

We had the best time renting this home in Isles of Palms. It was fully stocked, very clean, and even better than how the listing was portrayed online. My only suggestion would be to move the noise monitor, as this was above the kitchen island where everyone congregates. A few times we were notified of the noise levels, and you couldn’t hear us outside of the home. Other than this we had a 10/10 stay! Thanks for accommodating us!

We stayed at Deja Blue with a group of friends for a long weekend and had the best time! The location great- a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved having the shady pool as an option for the afternoons when it was just too hot out on the beach. The house was extremely comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely go back!

We wanted to stay near the beach and have the option of going to the beach or utilize our pool. It was the perfect setting for both and allowed everyone plenty of room to spread out.

Our annual vacation in Isle of Palms was awesome this year - largely due to this beautiful coastal home! The house is spacious and very functional. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is the perfect setting and location for our family of 12. The pool is mostly in the shade which we loved during the hot summer weeks-perfect! We will most likely rent this property again in the future.

Our family stayed at Deja Blue for 4 nights. It was a beautiful home that accommodated our whole family. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has everything you need to make any meal, including a gas grill. The pool was lovely with many toys and floats available for our use. We did had a problem with the microwave which they addressed in a timely manner. Overall our stay was excellent and we will plan to return.

The home was beautiful and clean. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Very close to the beach. Outdoor backyard with pool is very nice and partly shaded which is perfect for babies and kids.

Deja blue is a fantastic home with many amenities. Lots of space for a family gathering, with multiple decks, pool, and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was immaculate, beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable homelike environment. Steve was a great host, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

My family booked this house for vacation. The location was fabulous and the house is beautiful! The kids especially loved the pool.

While we loved many things about Deja Blue such as the location, cleanliness of the property, ease of check-in, and more, we had 2 issues during our stay. While the property management company was kind about both, 1) We were surprised to find out we were not allowed to have any friends over that exceeded the maximum number of guests staying on-site (not a party as we are all 30+ years of age and it was during the day to enjoy the pool on a weekend afternoon), and 2) We were not aware there was an in-home noise monitor, monitoring our decibel level in the home. Around 4pm in the middle of a Saturday we received a call saying we were throwing a party (we were not) and it was a violation of our contract. We then received a second call saying there was an in-home noise monitor and we were too loud - this was after it was only 10 adults in the house with music on low enjoying the grills and patio area. Both were surprising as there is ONLY an IOP-wide ordinance for after 10pm and we had spent ~$8,000 for 5 nights on the property and felt we were very respectful, clean, and quiet overall. We did not feel comfortable knowing that there was a device tracking our noise level as we wondered what else was being recorded without our prior knowledge. As an in-home noise monitor is not stated in the agreement or the listing, its something to be mindful of when booking this property if you enjoy music of any kind. We still rated this property high in each category as the home is nice.

This house was beautiful and so much fun to stay in!

We had the best time at this property! There are tons of beds and a beautiful common area with tons of natural light to hang out as a group. The beach is SO close.

Deja Blue was a fabulous vacation home for our extended family! Grandparents stayed in main bedroom and kids and grandchildren in the remaining 4 bedrooms and game room with pullout couch! We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the VERY short and easy walk to the beach and neighborhood park (soccer field and large playground)! We heated the pool but never used it - guess we will have to come back in the summer! Lots of parking for multiple cars but also lots of stairs (elevator not allowed for guests) so make sure everyone can handle multiple levels. The separation of living spaces was great and the open kitchen and dining space was nice for our crowd. We even used the outside table for Thanksgiving dinner !

The place and the location are absolutely amazing. Loved the communication from the owners. Would love to go back soon.

Deja Blue was perfect for our girls weekend away. Plenty of space for all of us to gather and not feel on top of each other. If we needed our own space we could slip away. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Steps to the beach which was great and close to everything we needed. We rented a golf cart to get around since we only had one car and it was delivered to the house and ready for us to use when we got there. Would recommend doing that to get around in the area. I would stay here again and recommend Deja Blue to my friends!

Everything was as described, and a big thank you to the hosts who helped make it a perfect, long weekend trip. This is a beautiful house in a great location and I would 1000% recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.
