Best location for a beautiful Creede visit!!!

Very pleased with house and location. We didnt walk to town as we hadnt adjusted to elevation. Our son was married at a beautiful outdoor venue very close to our location. Our only recommendation would be to remove the down comforters for the summer. Replace with a summer blanket. We loved Creede.

The property was accurately described, everything was very comfortable and the house was well-stocked. We had a lovely weekend here. The only other feedback I would give is that Maps and Google Maps doesn’t take you to the right place, so it would be helpful to have that noted on the check-in instructions. We arrived when it was dark out and it was very difficult to find. It’s at the very end of a dirt/gravel road, situated nicely on the side of a hill.

From the incredible view of Creede's cliffs (enjoyed from the welcoming deck and many windows), it's walkable location to downtown Creede and the creature comforts of the home such as comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and great kitchen - we couldn't ask for more. Great communication with house managers too. Can't wait to return!

Reviewer Comments: If we had arrived at night, I'm not sure I could have located this beautiful, modern house located on the hillside west of Creede looking down on the small town. Coming from South Fork, the directions said to stay on 149 as it makes a horseshoe turn in town, take a hard right on Bachelor Road (504), another hard right on Capital Ave, and basically drive to the end of the road. The problem for me was that Capital looked more like a driveway rising steeply from Bachelor so I missed that turn. When I turned around and came back to Capital Ave, many of the driveways off Capital look like side streets, but they aren't so you need to stay on the main gravel road. At some unmarked point Capital becomes Aspen Ave but it's S. Aspen Ave and you're looking for N Aspen Ave. There is a 109 S. Aspen Ave which I mistook for the rental as it was not occupied. The key is to have faith and keep traveling on the gravel road (past the dead end sign) to the very end of the road (which has now become N. Aspen Ave) where the road becomes a driveway which drops onto the property. Look for the wide parking area, beautiful, level yard, and the distinctive exterior stairway leading up to the deck on the right end of the house. My recommendation for finding the property would be to find 3rd Street in town, follow it west for a couple blocks where it becomes a gravel road rising steeply up the hill (Google doesn't show it), take the sharp turn to the right at the top of the hill (by the dead end sign), then follow the main road to the very end of the road. Once you find the house, you'll be glad you did. It's roomy, clean, and comfortable. You can follow a footpath starting at the back of the house but it's a steep climb back up so not suited for anyone with health or structural issues. Take a light if it's going to be dark on the way back. Some instructions about: 1.the heating system, 2.location of the trash container, 3.use of the Apple box and TV would be helpful. Great place!

We have stayed in Creede several times. This was the best house. 3 full bedrooms plus another two beds downstairs and two bathrooms. Great views and deck overlooking the town. Nice interior finishes. All but one bed was comfortable. A bit hard to find in the dark. Make sure to follow their directions!

It was spotless and was fully stocked. The company preemptively asked if anything was lacking, and sent more towels on the same day they were requested. We met friends & family for the weekend in Creede. The house was set up perfectly for all of us to gather & catch up. Wish there was a little trail to Main Street to be able to walk into town. Otherwise, it was awesome!

We arrived 8ish pm and the house has a perfect temperature for 13 hours drive. Clean and cozy. Instruction was great. The rooms set up are perfect for our group. A Family of 6 being downstairs was a perfect set up kids ages 18, 16, 12, 9 & 7. 2 families upstairs for 2 bedrooms with 2 teens. The view is fantastics!!!! Creed is friendly, the gas station at the.corner is worth a visit. The property management are attentive and making sure our stay/vacation is mwmorable. Wolfcreek Ski is far but worth the drive. Highly recommended the place

House was better than we expected. Deck/view perfect for early morning coffee. Everything needed for two families to enjoy the week!

Excellent location and great views. House was clean has every kitchen utensil you need. Only a couple of issues there was no grill, blinds in upstairs living room were broke had to zip tie them up, towels were sitting in washer, and toilet seat upstairs was broke, and didn’t know we couldn’t ride our ATV’s from the house to the town. With all that being said we will be back loved the house & location so much & our family of 7 fit perfectly. Thanks for making our stay so welcome!

We had an amazing time staying at their house in Creede. The location could not have been more perfect. You get the best views of the mountain b/c you are up on the hill, but you can easily walk down the 3 minute trail into the heart of the town. The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, perfectly decorated, and every essential is provided for you. The kitchen had every cooking supply and tool needed. The deck is amazing with great relaxing furniture. If you want the most relaxing and unique vacation visit Creede and stay in this beautiful house.

We came up from Texas for my niece’s graduation, and loved our stay in your cabin! It was close to all the festivities, and was a perfect location for us. It snowed on us our first day there, so the kids played in it out on the deck! And we loved watching the dear from the kitchen windows. Thanks for a great stay!
