Everything was as expected in the photos. No surprises. We stayed in another sea breeze property 3 years ago and wanted to do so again. This one is especially good because of the dual balconies, front and back. The amenities were all there. Very spacious. Nice showers. Ice maker. Beach chairs. Great location for anything else you need. Publix and Winn Dixie just minutes away. I left one morning to go to a Dick’s sporting goods store to get a beach umbrella and was back at the condo in less than 30 minutes. I can’t think of a reason you will be disappointed

There is a full construction demo/reno happening in the unit adjacent to this unit. They share wall. I was supposed to take a solo beach retreat July 18 for 2 nights. I have 6 kids, 11 and younger, and was looking forward to having a place directly on the beach to relax and recharge for my family. When I arrived there were construction workers drilling, hammering, yelling at each other in the unit right next door, like three feet away! I did not feel safe at all being there by myself and it was VERY loud. I immediately messaged on VRBO about the situation, notifying them that I did not feel safe and I was leaving. I received no response. My husband sent a text to Vacasa and they told him they would have to contact a regional director about it for a refund. Anyways, I tried to find another place to stay but was unable to find what I was looking for in such short notice. I ended up driving back to my home 1.5 hours away at night. I had taken pictures of the construction permit signs on the unit's door and sent it to Vacasa. They did end up refunding me, but what I really wanted was my peaceful beach retreat. I hope to be able to carve some time out again and find another place soon. I wasted my time, my money on gas, but mostly lost my peace of mind from this horrible experience. An apology and refund can't give me these things back and certainly cannot make another three day beach retreat happen in my busy life. False advertising actually hurts people.

The livingroom/kitchen/dining room were very nice and worked well being an open usable space.

Loved having beach chairs and cooler and beach wagon, won’t rent any other place that doesn’t have this.

This is an end unit and the view from the balcony is just beautiful. We saw manatees, and beautiful sunsets while on the balcony.

We visited your condo with our high schooler and college student for a relaxing vacation together. We know our time with our grown-ish kids is precious. Your condo on Madeira Beach is amazing! We loved the views, the relaxing beach, the pool, the grills, and the location. We had everything we needed. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and comfy. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely consider returning or recommending your condo to others. Thank you for your attention to detail and helping us make memories and have a great vacation.

I loved the location, great beach. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach including a wagon and a few chairs. Only drawback was the elevator was slower than we're used to but not the end of the world. We brought our own beach towels as we did not want to deal with washing them on another floor. Pool and hot tub were great. It is not a party place it was quiet and relaxing.

Property was comfortable and clean! Well set up for a great girls trip that included beautiful beach views. We loved it so much we are already looking to come back.
