The house is amazing. It had everything you needed plus some. There was pickleball, basketball, chess, and a fantastic swimming pool. We had the best time with grandkids. Thank you so much!!

We were impressed a year ago, and still impressed a year later. Everything we needed was provided for our “escape”. Jami goes beyond what most rentals and properties share; she makes it feel personal and welcoming. Plenty of room, spacious yard, games and very comfortable pool area. A very pleasant stay with no issues.

This home and backyard exceeded our expectations! This was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The home is amazing. It is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you may need or want, with added extras like coffee, waffle mix, and a delicious syrup! We really enjoyed the pool, spa and swim-up bar, where we spent most of our time. There was no need to leave the property, and when we did our grandchildren just wanted to go back to our home away from home. I can't say enough about our incredible host. Jami was always available from the moment I booked. During our stay, she often checked in on us to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thank you Jami! I would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to rent it again!

We all had a great time. The house was clean and well supplied, especially with items we usually never see in a VRBO rental. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath linens available. The kids loved the back yard and all it had to offer. The outside area was truly great and if it was not for the San Antonio heat, we would have spent more time in the backyard area, as it offered so much. The host was always available and checked with us often as to any needs we may have. The house was also very accessible to most San Antonio activities and market areas.

Countess House is perfect in every way. Absolutely every amenity needed for any kind of group or gathering is met at Jamie’s beautiful home. Friends that gathered here all said, “When can we all come back?” 👏🏻👍

Our stay at The Countess house was incredible. The house is located on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful houses and conveniently located for access to all parts of the city. There are many amenities provided which really enhanced our stay; including coffee when we first arrived (huge help!), and syrup when the next morning we realized we forgot to get some at the store. The backyard is relaxing and private, full of beautiful plants, flowers, and seating throughout to enjoy. We had a ton of fun with our kids on the basketball court, life-size chess board, pickleball court, and of course the heated pool and spa. The poolside bar and Bluetooth sound system was awesome for my wife and I while our kids used the pool slide and basketball hoop. Inside, the house is very well put together and has a ton of unique character. The master bedroom was large, had a fantastic balcony view (visible from the bed) and the his and hers closets and vanity areas were great for giving my wife and I plenty of space to spread out and settle in. The kids loved their bedrooms, especially with the available monitors to plug their game system into… My mother slept in the downstairs bedroom with the en-suite and had plenty of privacy and convenience when she needed some space. We used the downstairs living area for movies as it had a large screen tv, a microwave, and complimentary popcorn! Lastly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We had an issue on our end (not the host’s issue) and the host really worked with us to make sure we were ok and still had an amazing vacation. All-in-all, our family had an incredible time and I could not recommend choosing this property more. More than 5 stars!!
