Beautiful property. The outside deck table could be a lot larger. This property can accommodate many people, so why the tiny deck table? Also, trying to get a hold of property management was not easy. I had a few questions, and when I called, no one answered, I texted, not response till hours later. My early check in was approved; however, the key pad did not work at the time we were allowed to check in. We got in through an unlocked sliding door. I tried calling the property manager to let them know we needed in, but they did not get back to me until 4:15 (when I called at 2:00). Bottom line, everything was great, except the property management.

Property and house location was great. Grand Lake was great. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was very hot due to weather on top floor. No a/c and screens were not on all the windows upstairs so couldn’t open all. Pillows were flat.

This property was just wonderful. Everyone had space to be together or just to relax quietly if you wanted. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked with lots of cookware for easy prep. Plenty of hot water for our large group. Beautiful property with so much to do around it. Be sure to check out the local activities, we had a blast. We are definitely planning another trip and this will be the place we go to. Also, the owners and property management were gratious with our requests and we really appreciated that.

This place was incredible! Spacious for our extended family and the area was full of things to do outdoors. Would love to stay here again!

Nice upscale home with lots of room. Kids loved the bunk beds and table tennis. Would consider staying again for a longer period of time so that the cleaning fees didn't dominate the total cost.

This is a wonderful house tucked into a quiet, beautiful neighborhood! We would certainly go back. So much room and great amenities!

What a great property! Easy check-in, beautiful house with tons of room and great views. We used the kitchen a lot during our stay and loved all of the kitchen equipment, but there were only 2 dishwasher pods and a few drops of dish soap. There was no cleaning spray to wipe down the counters and no hand soap in most of the bathrooms. I called the office and was told that they only supply the first day for you. So if you plan on cooking in the kitchen, bring your own cleaning supplies.
