The home was perfect. Other than having to sweep the porches, which is expected because there was a breeze, this home was fully furnished, and everything worked as expected. Absolutely the best vacation home we have stayed in. We will be back. thank you

The Ship's Bridge My opinion, some good and some bad. Please read all. While at a restaurant toasting my dear mother’s 80th birthday and enjoying the company of my family, I received an annoying text to take out the trash. I was really upset by this. It totally ruined my mood. I recommend having this type of information written down for guests. In my opinion management should have handled trash removal. I’m not opposed to removing our trash but there were three carts filled with maintenance materials to include air filters. (Not my job)No one even instructed us where to find the bins. There was conflicting guest information located in three different areas: an outdated guestbook (which included an expired certificate) a framed sheet and text messages Difficult entry Primary bath toilet had a pink ring of mold Two dead light bulbs in primary bath Trundle bed very heavy (solid wood, no whees) to pullout. Absolutely no room to open closet (had to move chair into hallway) In the kitchen the light bulbs need to be replaced and should be of the same color ( There is a mixture of warm and cool in the same fixture) Dishwasher not installed properly was falling forward. Ventilation wouldn’t turn on. All three Ventilation hood lights need to be replaced Front Left gas wouldn’t stop clicking once lit and gas reduced to the desired level. Griddle was rusty and unusable Cobwebs and grease all over vent hood Pans unusable No matching wine glasses Good View, location, furniture& art

Beautiful home with lots of light and space. The best part is the view of the bay at sunrise! My family had a great time swimming and fishing off the beach.

We love every minute of our stay at this house. The view was stunning no matter what time of the day. Each morning was a panoramic view of the beautiful sky at sunrise and throughout the day there were sailboats, birds and the sound of the gentle waves - every moment was very special. Our family enjoyed our stay and we immensely appreciate the owners of house for sharing their amazing home with us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for us - three generations were in town for a family wedding. The views are amazing, the master bedroom had its own porch and wonderful views. The basement bedroom and living area was perfect for my daughter’s family, with a small fridge that they could keep bottles in for the baby. We mostly stayed in and and cooked when we were not attending family events and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small beach across from the house was fun for my young grandson. The location is perfect, beautiful and quiet, and it is a quick drive or Uber to downtown Annapolis.

This is our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this lovely home in Annapolis. A group of 8 and found the house perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen is a dream, we cooked meals together, played cards at the large dining table and lounged in front of the fireplace for morning chats. It was April and the weather was colder to start and ended up mid 70's and sunny. The private beach across the street was fun and relaxing. We brought corn hole and played for hours. We even took dips in the bay! I cannot say enough about the views! Overlooking the Bay Bridge was serene! The house has plenty of comfortable bedrooms well stocked with linens and blankets.l! In fact enough bedrooms for our group to spread out and we even used the fold out couch in the basement family room. The heating and cooling system was always spot on to keep us at a happy temp. The afternoon and evening breezes were amazing so we were lucky we didn't need to use the A/C much. Town is a quick 15 minute drive and the iron rooster pop tarts are a must. Grocery stores near by made it so easy to just spend most of our time at the house. It's decorated like a beautiful show room but thoughtfully arranged so it's comfortable and easy to feel at home. One of the nicest homes we've rented and we will definitely be back!

Great location. Right on the water,. House had wonderful porches. Inside the house was spacious and very comfortable for a large family. Great kitchen area and dining table. Made for a fantastic and memorable weekend
