Perfect location, very clean. Everything that is needed there. Cute decor, quiet. The host is always reachable and very helpful.

Location was perfect and central. Marina is a lovely host and arranged for a late check out for me so I could attend a meeting. Kitchen was very well stocked and bed very comfortable!

Tutto. Partendo dal fatto che l’host si è rivelata di un’arroganza e di una cafonaggine senza precedenti. Nella prenotazione non si intende bene quale stanza di prenota. “NON PRENOTATE QUEEN”. Sembra di vivere in gabbia in quanto NO privacy, spazi invivibili e pulizia pessima della camera. Attenzione acqua non sempre presente. Zero disponibili a risolvere un problema qualsiasi. Zero disponibilità verso il cliente che ha PAGATO il soggiorno. L’unica cosa buona è la posizione, quella eccellente.

Very good location, clear checkin instructions and responsive manager.
I rarely leave poor reviews, but I was rather surprised by this accommodation, so here we go. Pictures feel deceptive.This apartment felt like a grungy dungeon. It is small, with very low ceilings (making it feel even smaller), it feels like you are living in a basement despite being on the second floor. We did not find it particularly clean. Possibly blood on the window sill (see pictures).The renovations/ upgrades are not aging well. The paint job is shotty and makes the place feel dumpy (different sheens of paint around the wall, white paint splotches on wooden baseboards, etc...). Floors are slanted. The bathroom is tiny (could barely bend over to shave legs). Instructions to use microwave (which is hardwired and requires you flip a lightswitch to work) and tv (which requires that you unplug and replug the tv back in each time) should be made more clear. I'm really not sure how this place got such good reviews.We avoided staying in the room because it just felt gross. Would not recommend.

Fantastic location. Close to water, restaurants. Spar supermarket not far. Close to walk up hill to view "all of Split". Walking distance to railway station. We had an enjoyable 3 nights here.

Very centrally located and reasonably priced. The host is also very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting Split!

This studio is just off the old town and approx 5 minutes away from the waterfront leaving it in a fantastic location. Very good restaurants and a grocery shop less than 5 mins walk. Apartment was very clean and kitchenette had all items you would need. Our host was also very helpful and had great communication. Self service check in and out was great.
We booked the Queen studio apartment and it was on the small side. The bathroom and shower in particular was very small and stuffy. Would recommend for a short stay.

This place is the perfect place to stay. You tucked away in a corner of Split and can hear the waves crashing against the shoreline. The property is close to excellent restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the port. the kitchen is well stocked with the basics.

The communication with the owner was beyond brilliant and constant in the build up and during our stay. We liked how accessible the property was to the main centre of Split too.

Amazing location, right beside the marina and less than 5 min walk from plenty of lovely breakfast and lunch places, and many restaurants. The host Regina was amazing and so helpful, she organized transport for us to the apartment from the airport and kept in touch while we were staying in Split ensuring we had everything we needed.
The apartment was super clean and air conditioning worked fine. They also had wifi which was handy.

really nice apartment in fabulous location. we fell in love with the area of Split it is in. so close to everything and yet that area has such a nice feel. not as crowded and a little quieter than the main area very close by. great restaurants. romantic little walking streets. our host even had beach towels for us to use.

We loved our stay in Split and our apartment. The location was amazing in the Old Town. Walking distance from lovely restaurants and beaches. We got a scooter to explore a bit more too. Regina was in constant contact from the moment of booking, on arrival, whilst we were there if needed and also on our departure. We couldn’t have asked for any more on our holiday. The apartment was pristine, cosy, quiet and so comfortable. The airport transfer arranged by Regina with the wonderful Frano made things stress free and fun. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope we can come back again in the future. A big Thank You to you Regina. We had a truly wonderful time in beautiful Split. 🙏

Nicely appointed studio located in pedestrian zone. We arrived by ferry and walked the short distance to the unit following the excellent directions provided by the host. Self check-in was quick and easy. The unit is close to restaurants, major Split attractions, and rental car pickup. The host was super communicative and accommodating. It was a perfect place for a quick transition stay in Split.

Amazing location next to the harbour with everything you need very close by. Lots of restaurants plus a supermarket if you want to eat at home! Regina is a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome! She gave us great restaurant suggestions and even left us a cake as it was my birthday during our stay! Will definitely be back!

The host was very helpful, she let me enter before the check-in and gave me all necessary information. The place is good located, in the heart of the old town. It has a lot of natural light (there are 2 windows). There is a full equipped kitchen, it even has some tea, coffee, salt, sugar and oil. The bed is comfy and large. Fast wifi. In general, I loved the place, there only problem it was noisy because of the lack of soundproofing.
The apartment has 0 soundproofing. It was the only bad thing about it. I could hear literally everything from the neighbors. There were 2 guys who we talking loudly and watching TV until night. Also it could be noisy during the day: I was working and there were people entering or leaving, a dog barking, it was really difficult to concentrate. I understand it's not the host's fault, but I feel it necessary to leave this comment. The host was a bit pushy asking me twice to "write a good reference or nothing". Not the best place if you need working from home or can't sleep with the noise.
