very close to the beach

the women on reception/cleaners are no help. whenever i would ask them something they’d call the boss and I’d speak to him. then they would have a little laugh…. first room they put me in the bed was so springy and just no good asked to move and the boss had to come down and sort it out. changed room it was better but not great. then I rented a motorbike from them and it was no good, suspension had gone!! told the boss and he changed it no problems. not the best bikes. you can get better elsewhere. then when I went to hand them back in the owners wife came out and she had a long old look at the bike. she didn’t know the condition the bikes were in when they were rented to me so how can she be the judge?!?! she tutted and then gave me my passport back. the owner is a nice guy but everyone else is extremely hard work. if you want a hassle free holiday then I would recommend you stay somewhere else. it is not a resort in the slightest.

It's set on beach front with amazing views over the ocean, very quiet and relaxing. Staff are great and was always there if needed. Just a pure pleasure to have stayed here

I really liked everything about this place. Lovely bungalows right on the beach. Good bikes to rent. The owner is a great guy. 100% Happy traveller.

Leaving.

The location is great! central to reach both sides of the island (easiest to get around on scooters). The resort is small and humble so don't expect a 5 star resort, but do expect calming waters, wild life and a cute family run business. The main host and his wife and little Pauli were very nice and helpful. Their accommodation doesn't offer much but it's just what we needed to escape. Make sure you book the rooms with air con as it will get quite hot without one.

Hopefully this family business can upgrade itself and install air cons in every rooms so they can have more business over the hot months!

Good value for the money. The boungalows are in a quiet neighborhood at the sea. Not the newest anymore, but clean. The owner is nice and friendly and u can rent a motorbike.

Make sure to have a place with hot water. It seeems that not every snacks have it.

Beach hut excellent.. lots of local restuarants within walking distance.

A long walk into town if you do not rent a scooter...cash only to be paid on arrival( ie no card payment accepted) and restuarant is currently closed (Jan2023)

For the price you pay its a nice place. We were there in the middle of high season and the price was very reasonable. Location is amazing, on a beautiful, quiet beach. The owner was really nice and drove us to our next hotel.

The room was pretty run down and there was some mould. The fan sounded like a light aircraft.

it’s an amazing quite location, waking up with the birds singing is beautiful 🥰 my bungalow was cozy and comfortable. The owners are super nice🥰 There are few good restaurants around to have dinner in the evening. There is a place where one can do laundry or rent the bike right before turning to the property.

the drive in to the resort is pretty steep, be careful

The owner is super nice, there is free coffee in the morning, and the moto he rented was the beat we have had in thailand.

An excellent budget stay with friendly staff

This was the best place i eveŕ been to in Thailand. And I lived here 30 years before allready. Excellent boss and the very best view. Love it andI for sure i will come back here again.

Nothing ,the only thing is that some small ants are outside but that is nature and I love the nature.

Very quiete place, with the essential you need.

Lovely little huts right on the beach. We only booked one with a fan which we highly regret. The bed was comfortable, spacious room with wardrobe space. Tea and coffee making facilities were near the reception, however we were not aware of them until our final day which is a shame. Hot water was lush.

Very steep hill up the the main road, no water facilities outside to get rid of sand before going in to your room. Unsure if they did food here or not as the communication was not great, we used the restaurant facilities next door on the beach.
