Respectful and kind staff.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 days and they gave us the last floor and end rooms even we had seniors and kids. Then they re-assigned us in another room but one of the room they assigned do not have a bidet.

all nice (i had 2 booking there one is near the reception and very loud when generators run and this one near the restaurant which is nice and quet) we loved this hotel and will go back. good price for the service also food nice. i cant say anything bad.

hotel is very nice and modern, pool was good for adults and kids too with fancy glass side. room was big and clean also well equipped. free drinks during the day and nice breakfast. very nice staffs. best hotel in the area so far. will go back

tv didnt work properly always turned off then on so it was hard to watch any nba game. sometimes worked without problems. microwave ddint works that was a big mistake. alltogheter its nice and good priced hotel so i could forget this cant say any bad ( microwave not reported so i am sure they change it by request)

Food was quite the same during our holidays and not really varying, quality could also be improved; it's quite loud in the room and halls when people are playing in the pool, etc. because of the structure of the building

Cleanliness and the wonderful staff. Although I was disappointed with the room assigned to us, it was partly my fault I didn't looked further on the other rooms. I expected to have a veranda outside our room or a room overlooking the pool. Overall, the staff was great. Great massage.

The staffs were great, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Food were really good. ♥️

We can't enjoy the pool infront of the front desk since guests come and go to check in or check out. 😁

the other guests were so loud while playing in the pool that we could hear them inside our room and had a hard time sleeping since we got the room that had food access

Location. Staff are helpful. Food is good. Not too crowded.

Its not the staff nor the property but the guests who get food from the buffet table without their masks on. They should be reminded to Strictly follow health protocols for everybodys safety and peace of mind.
