The location was excellent, a short walk from the centre of beautiful Trebon and the rooms very well and prettily furnished. Very comfortable. All rooms are on the first floor, which I was aware of when booking, and there is a convenient handrail, necessary for my elderly mother (she is 98) who came with us. Spotlessly clean. Reception very friendly and helpful.

The shower (there is no bath) has no grip bar nor non-slip mat, so my mother was unable to have a shower. (We stayed in 6 different hotels during our one week trip abroad and it was the same in each hotel.) Your website should state clearly that you do not cater for disabled guests so that others do not suffer the same problem. Our rooms overlooked a busy road, there is no double-glazing and the traffic started early in the morning, so my husband slept badly. I am a good sleeper so it did not bother me. I did not like the fact that I received an e-mail from the penzion while I was already abroad asking me to confirm my time of arrival. I gave an approximate time but was further asked for a specific time, which I could not give due to the nature of my trip. I was then asked to ring/text 30 minutes before arrival so that someone could be there to meet us. I later discovered the reception desk is not routinely manned. This proved difficult as both my husband and I, who are not comfortable with modern technology, really struggled to send a message. Neither could manage a phone call and it took me a long time to send a text. Had neither of us had a smart phone with us, we would never have received the message to call and may have had real difficulty getting into the premises.

Yvona is nicest host you could wish for - she did everything to make us feel at home right away in the superb room we booked. It's got everything you may need and it is really close to the inner city and some good restaurants.
