Location was the best possible - total privacy. Unblocked view of Oia and caldera. Private hot tub. Spotlessly clean room. Short walking distance to main pathway to OIA. Albert the caretaker went above and beyond to help with any questions we had. This was the perfect spot. Would come again and definitely stay here.

I wish I could give this property and the host 20 stars if I could. Location is perfect, offers much more privacy than many pricier properties in Santorini. It is beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The host is wonderful and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Bed is very comfortable! And the plunge pool and the patio is pure magic, it is even better than the photos. we felt like we were in a fairy tale :)
We will remember this beautiful experience for the rest of our lives, and I genuinly recommend this property to everybody, you will not regret to stay here :)

everything was perfect. the location is perfect, view is stunning and the pool + apartment is really privat, so nobody can look into it like in the most other apartments.

We looked for a long time for the right location in Oia for the balance of the atmosphere, cost and tranquility. Safe to say we hit the nail on the head with this apartment. Can't fault it, I've done a lot of travelling and this was just perfect. Much quieter location than staying bang in the centre, plus it was just a few minutes walk into the main stretch. It wasn't overlooked, which is a rarity in Oia. Communication was excellent, the apartment was spotless. Loved it and recommending to all my friends.

Everything with this accommodation was absolutely perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view is spectacular, right on the caldera but on the upper side so not too many stairs to climb. The outdoor tube gives you the necessary privacy since the pedestrians cannot see you from the outside.
Last but not least Armando was amazing, taking care of every little thing we may need - car for a day, airport transfer, restaurant recommendations. The apartment is beautiful but one could easily say the service is even better.
The WiFi did not have coverage in the outdoor areas so if you (unfortunately) need to do a bit of working you need to stay in.

Beautiful views and the bed was so comfortable! The location was great - its a 5-10min walk to Oia, but its also out of the hustle and bustle. Armando met us on arrival and departure and was very friendly.

This place is amazingly beautiful. Great views of the Caldera, perfect location, private...it met and exceeded our expectations. This was a dream come true for us and Armando was a great host. Highly recommended.

Apanema Cavehouse is tastefully furnished, with attention to detail, modern but with Greek tradition touch. The apartments have recently been rebuilt. Everything is spotlessly clean. We occupied the eastern apartment (bedroom with queen-sized double bed, living room with kitchen area and coffee machine, bathroom with a separate large shower, toilet and washbasin). Each apartment has its own outdoor jacuzzi pool, dining table and sun beds. Apanema is located in quiet district, it offers complete privacy away from the paths of tourists which is quite rare in Oia. The view of the caldera and Oia is unspoiled and breathtaking. At the same time, it is easily accessible for suitcases/transport or walking around Oia.
Nick, our host is so professional, helpful and caring. He is also extremely committed to the "extra" help we just needed and experienced and I am so grateful to Nick for all his support :)
I highly recommend staying in Apanema. It's a fairy tale!

Everythink just perfect! Simply dream holiday thanks Nico our Host. He really took care about everything we needed is very helpfull and any time to reach. His apartment is something special! Very nice in traditional cave house with fantastic view and amazing pool at the terrace! Is very close by walk to the center of Oia village where you can find restaurants and promenade. Few steps from aparment you can find minimarket with everything you could need. We can only reccommend this apparment and sure will come back again! Its really different experience of stay!
