Great staff. Excellent location. Very spacious room. I was very impressed with the staff. Very friendly and responsive. The hotel is classic and feels very welcoming. Room is spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The A/C worked great.

The espresso machine and coffee were very average. I like a good espresso in the morning and I had to go out and get one. The lighting in the bathroom is wonky.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful, well designed, good beds, good airco, clean etc etc

Great room, first floor on the street but quiet. It had all the self-catering amenities you could need for a short stay. Always a warm welcome from the reception staff and a great location. Perfect.

Bathroom fan was not working. Only one coffee pod was provided- we thought two (one each) might have been nice until we could get to the supermarket the next morning.

Really lovely welcome, lots of good communication before we arrived re car parking etc. Apartment is beautiful, seems to be completely new, really quiet and incredibly clean. Lovely to have a balcony. Bathroom was excellent and kitchen facilities.

The room, lobby, location and staff were exceptional.

There is a locked door connecting our room with the next one. We could hear everything through it - talking, coughing, walking etc. Whilst this would be fine if your neighbours were sensible, our first ones were up till 6am. The second night was far better, but the experience was spoiled due to tiredness. Basically, it is lovely if you are lucky with the neighbours. The staff did all they could do to improve things, but can't control the people next door.

As soon as you walk through the security operated wrought iron inner gate you can’t help but be impressed. The reception desk is small and discreet , not detracting from the opulence of the foyer The welcome was lovely and genuine along with the information given. There’s a lift to all floors and each door to each room is operated by a unique number touch screen panel outside your room . This method of entry is also used to enter hotel after reception staff leave

it’s not a huge dislike but the street below did get a little noisy over the weekend part of our stay- saying that the windows and internal shutters were excellent- I just like the windows open to sleep

The property itself is absolutely stunning,set in an old palace in the old town of Cadiz,which is always a joy to visit.The town itself oozes history and culture,I think it might be my favourite town in Andalusia.

The only criticism I have of this stunning place to spend a couple of nights is the bed was a little soft for my taste,but plenty of people might like that,and I slept perfectly fine in it.

Perfect central location just off Plaza de San Antonio and also 1 minute away from a public parking facility. The room itself was very spacious with all the amenities needed (kitchenette, seating area and a large comfortable bed). The staff was helpful even contacting us the day before our stay to confirm if we had any questions before our arrival. Overall - excellent hotel!

Location, service and hotel itself is just amazing!

The property was very clean. The air con was good. The kitchen was well stocked. The lobby & common areas are very elegant. It is in a good location. The staff were helpful and very polite. It has a washing machine and is just across the road from a launderette where you can dry your clothes. It is a ten minute walk to the beach.

As a family of 4 we found it difficult to manage with just one bathroom and missed an en-suite. The bedrooms could also do with more furniture - a vanity unit to compensate for the lack of en-suite. We also missed natural light and outdoor space. The apartment faces on to a internal courtyard with natural light from roof windows/ceiling. There is a roof garden but it appears to be solely designated for the penthouse apartments. It would be better to split the space if possible so the other apartments have some outdoor space. unfortunately the lock on our bathroom was broken but this can happen. Taking into account the lack of en-suite and access to open space I felt it was a little expensive

Great place for exploring Cadiz! Located in the city centre on pedestrian zone, 100 meters from the underground parking. Newly and nicely refurbished old house offers very pleasant inside clima even though outside is very hot. High ceilings in the apartments are very unusual and reminds accomodation at the chateau. I did not find it mentioned in the room equipment, but there is also washing machine with washing powder and iron. Quite handy, when you travel longer…
