Our booking of the Villa was very last minute and the owner did his best to accommodate us! Dimitris is a very kind and welcoming host who also helped us with restaurant recommendations and activities to do on the island, we followed his recommendations and were very happy with his choices! The daily breakfast served was a fantastic authentic Greek breakfast with local products like Cheese, Milk, Butter, Honey and delicious Greek pies. Our experience was excellent and we definitely want to come back again!

The villa has a very nice interior, well equipped. AC in every room, everything in good condition. Outside was super spacious and nice. Breakfast each morning was outstanding. Good location - easy to access beaches, the town and other attractions. Host was super welcoming and friendly. In overall, all our expectations were exceeded and we did not want to leave! :)

Ermioni Villa is beautiful place, the house is very spacious, well furnished, there are lot of nice, small details that make you feel very good, it's reccaling mama mia movie😊, well equiped kitchen offers possibility to prepare and cook food, outside it has varoius areas for sitting and have a good rest time, children can play there - its enogh space for everything, there is also shower available outside, grill area, you can pick up fruits from the garden. Dimitris - the owner of the house is very nice person, very kind, helpful, hospitable and friendly. He and his mother prepared great breakfast for us every day, he also surprised us with home made musaka and eggs in tomato sauce which were very delicious. The gifts for remembrance were given to us and we like them very much! I highly recommend this accomodation for sure you will enjoy the stay in Zakynthos for 200%💙. If we come back one day for sure we will stay here again👍😉.

Dimitris is by far the most wonderful host I have ever met, not only in Greece but in general and a really nice person to talk to. The villa is very spacious and welcoming, with small cute touches everywhere and great outdoor sitting areas, considering it was a tavern in the past. Every morning we were greeted by the smell of freshly baked pastries, sausages and other breakfast delights, with different fresh fruit each day. We were in shock when one day we returned from the beach and found out Dimitris installed an air conditioner unit in the bedroom that is above the living room, as per our suggestion (it was definitely a suggestion for future guests, we couldn't have imagined that it will be installed the same day). Now all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned :) I recommend from all my heart this amazing place if mobility is not an issue (we traveled by car), but you can for sure walk to Tsilivi if you don't rent a car or scooter. Don't miss out on this great place! Thank you Dimitris for everything!

There isn't anything to dislike about this place. It was absolutely magical! The host was so kind and the house was incredible. You will not be sorry staying here!

There was nothing we didn't love!

The property is beautiful with rustic elements that you could look at for hours. When you enter the courtyard and the house the cleanliness and order are the first things you will notice with Dimitri, the best host I have ever had. It is very hospitable and punctual. In a word I wish my stay there would have lasted longer.

The property is amazing - an old villa, beautifully restored and full of character ! We were a group of 7 friends and loved staying there for 7 nights. The location: The villa is not close to the beach, but it's located in an out of the way and quiet spot of the village. We rented cars at the airport and Google Maps got us there in 15 mins. On the outside: several patios (including 2 right outside the bedrooms, for those quiet morning moments) with garden furniture (including a bed-sized swing) and a huge courtyard. All of our breakfasts and evening drinks happened outside, and it's a great place to enjoy them. The courtyard had plenty of plants, and there's even a small orange and pear orchard next to it. On the inside: 3 double bedrooms + another double bed on the upper level of the living room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. AC in the rooms, great beds, and very clean (they changed the bed linen half way through our stay). The host: Communication was good, Dimitris answered promptly (and his English is good enough), and we had no problem checking in or out. He was very friendly and hospitable and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable: he welcomed us with wine and food, and one morning he and his wife prepared breakfast for us (they even wanted to prepare a dinner, but we had to say no, as we always arrived very late from our adventures). Also he lent us beach umbrellas, and at the end, as a parting gift, he gave us beautiful pottery, hand-made by his family. A++ !! Overall, this was a very inspired choice, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone !

There's really nothing we disliked, the property and its owner were above and beyond our expectations.
