Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. The house is tastefully furnished and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This property is now pet friendly! One dog under 30lbs allowed Or 2 dogs under 20lbs allowed
This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails the entryway to the house, two bedrooms, and access to the pool area. The first guest room features a Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with Twin size beds plus two twin trundles (6 beds total) and a flat-screen TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the backyard and private pool! The second floor consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as two more bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Guests will love hanging out and relaxing in the tastefully decorated living room which provides comfortable couch seating around a large flat-screen TV and is located just off the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans & dish ware you'll need to cook delicious family meals while you're on vacation. It also features stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 guests and there is access to the balcony facing Gulf Blvd! The balcony is also a wonderful area to sit and enjoy meals with friends and family or just enjoy a beverage. The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a private access to a second balcony with views to the beach access across Gulf Blvd. The second bedroom upstairs will feature a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV.
Guests will enjoy hanging out by the large pool area at 3419 Gulf. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs for guests to catch a tan and relax in South Padre Island's tropical climate. This home is conveniently located just across the street from the beach and is right across from a beach access! Walk to the nearby access and have your toes in the sand in minutes.
