It was clean

The cost was GBP 200 and it claimed to be a luxury apartment. The elevator and building halls were dirty. There was a camera right in your face when you entered and exit the apartment- invasion of privacy. The apartment had none of the finer details that would give the impression of luxury. 1. The ‘heating was off’ when I entered the apartment and there were no instructions (in the apartment) on how to turn it on.I believe that is basic courtesy. 2. The bathroom did not have bathroom mats! Odd. 3. The towels were all the same size. Luxury means offering the whole set. 4. While showering the water kept splashing out of the tub on to the bathroom floor. A better system would have been nice. 5. It was my mistake that I could not find the entry code to re-enter the building in my phone. I messaged the host to ask him at 1:23am. He responded immediately. But the next day he messaged me to let me know what a great host he was to respond at 1:23am despite the fact that I woke him up. Overall I had much higher expectations. And was let down. I would have rather stayed in the premier inn which would be half the price

The property is nice and clean, good location in town

Total invasion of privacy! There is a ring doorbell on the front door of apartment RIGHT IN YOUR FACE that felt like I was being watched by a parent every time we went in and out of the apartment as it flashes/glows. the host has an electronic device that he can open the door with as he opened it for me to get the key in the apartment at check in.(which confused me) my friend and I (as 2 young woman) felt really unsettled by this & decided not to sleep here. Host also made comments on the phone such as please keep my apartment clean which I get, but still felt patronising, I’ve stayed in many apartments and never had this! I keep all places clean as if it were my home too. Really annoyingly the host text me at 7am about check out details, which I also found strange. All in all, host may as well stayed in the apartment with us to be honest as that’s what it felt like. (Separate to property but there are no Ubers in the area taxis only)

Very clean, modern apartment that is very well located in the centre of Chelmsford. Host was readily available it we needed help with anything and was very accommodating.

my stay at Luxurious 2 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking was nothing short of outstanding. Immaculate cleanliness, exceptional comfort, warm hosting, and an excellent location. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay in Chelmsford. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to the area.

Good location and parking for our large van. Probably try and book again when next working in the area. Easy walk to town for food and drinks.

Bed not firm enough for our comfort,all other facilities are excellent

The apartment was brilliant, very clean, everything we needed was in it. Minutes walk away from the centre, supermarkets close by, Cinema minutes away from front doors, an abundance of places to eat. Free parking space provided so unless you are going far away no need to use the car. Very accessible to all your needs. The owner was great too, very helpful. Would highly recommend.
