Location was amazing & it was great to stay somewhere that was dog friendly

House was not that clean, no wardrobe or proper towel rail in upstairs main bedroom with en-suite, backyard was basically dirt & pergola was covered with spider webs, some windows wouldn’t open & sliding doors were very run down. Dishwasher didn’t work properly. Slats of bed upstairs fellow down while sleeping & towels provided were poor quality. Tea towels in kitchen were still dirty.

Great location Spacious house.

During the first night it rained heavily and we woke up to a very bad leaking ceiling in the kitchen with water all over the floor and bench. From the condition of the ceiling and walls this would not have been the first time there'd been a leak. The main toilet also has a very bad leak and there was black mould in areas; towards the end of our stay mushrooms had started growing on it. This was totally unacceptable. The window above the bed in main bedroom could not be closed so during cool nights you had cold air blowing continuously. Also one of the windows in that room had no window covering and there are no wardrobes or drawers for clothing. This house does not meet acceptable health standards and requires some serious maintenance work before it is acceptable for renting.

We like the location it’s very close to Adventure Park, Great view as well, also the host was very easy to approach.

Too many mosquitoes in the house especially the toilet downstairs, mosquitoes were everywhere. The bed with the bunk bed is very dusty.

Communication from hosts was great and fast. The location was close to the main shopping centre, with the walk being very flat and not hilly. The accommodation was lovely. Big home, plenty of seating and room to move.

Location was great - short walk to shops, and a minutes drive from the beach. Spacious home, and kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Bedrooms were a great size, with lots of storage, and the undercover area was lovely. Backyard is very peaceful.

The entire front and backyard were very overgrown and full of prickles/weeds. Bed frame in the Queen room downstairs was awful - it was so loud and creaky! The mattress itself was quite comfortable, but after a poor night's sleep on the first night, we had to sleep on the floor the second night. There is also an issue with the plumbing, as the shower and bath would take a long time to drain, and sinks would gurgle whilst they drained.
