The hosts cancelled our stay after I provided the information they requested. When cancelling it, they made no effort to help us correct the issue. After some follow up, by me and booking.com, I learned that their was an issue processing the payment on their end. Which they made no effort to try to correct, cancelled our stay and the property was re-booked almost immediately after our cancellation. Booking.com was not notified that our stay was cancelled and shows that we did stay there. I understand that issues happen, but would have liked better communication from the host (had I not read the entire message, which included a long email chain, I would not have realized they cancelled our reservation) and some effort by them to fix the issue they had. We were disappointed to not stay here, if I hadn't followed up multiple times and eventually get some answers, our vacation would have been ruined!

It was a comfortable place that had the basics you would need for a night away

There were no “amenities” or additional comfort measures. It felt very budget. For example, no extra blankets anymore. Only 1 towel per person, no cleaning supplies, etc. Also not even any condiments, coffee filters , etc. so you were left spending a lot of money on buying things you had to end up throwing away 95% of.

Bed covering in master was dirty. Needle in floor in master ( sewing needle
