Very friendly owner! We met some difficulties to enter the door, but got an immediate guidance to solve the issue. The apartment is quite big and very close to the river and to the old town. We were allowed to stay a bit longer (free of charge).

Not comfortable bed. I could feel bed frame under my back.

The location was fantastic, the host was extremely friendly and courteous and even offered to store our bags at a nearby hotel so we didn't need to book an extra night as we had a late flight. Thank you so much for this it was really appreciated.

A really small thing but I booked for five people but there were only four cups, plates etc. Whilst this wasn't a problem for us it might be something worth noting for future bookings.

Building works!!!!!!!!! There was no mention of building works prior to arrival. Noisy on the Friday that we arrived..... this should have been highlighted to us. Curtains did not cover the windows so you could not keep room dark.... Lack of plates and cuttlery to eat. Lack of cooking equipment. This apartment has so much potential, just needs a lIttle TLC

Nice location.

The opposite of cosy. Only functional cheap furniture. Perhaps nice for a party weekend, but not for families.

The view is great, the location is just near the Daugava river but in the old town. The apartment was fresh and clean although the staircase could use renovation. Very spacious apartment, it's bigger live than it looks in the pictures.

The floor was very cold. The sofa when transforming into bed becomes a mattress on the floor, which is not too good when you have a cold floor like that. If you are 4 person then you won't need sofa. I assume in summer it is different situation.
