Needs a refresh and a good cleaning. Quite a bit overpriced for what you get in the state it’s in. No AC in master makes it quite warm in summer months.

The location was acceptably close to the centre of St Tropez town. There was nothing else to like about this tatty tired and badly cared for apartment.
This is absolutely not a penthouse.
The ad is full of inaccuracies which are nothing more than cheats and lies, as are the photographs.
The location is a long way back from the sea and the view is slight and across ghastly roof tops of other apartment blocks.
The two owners are full of set piece answers and excuses. Absolutely disgraceful. Even half the price it would be expensive.
Should be barred from Bookings, which I use for all my accommodation reservations throughout a year.
We even had to change the bed sheets and duvet cover as they were dirty and also with dog hairs. I tried to fix the falling off toilet seat but failed. The handyman did not show up as promised, nor did the cleaner. Some towels were stained.

Amazing spot! Great location that's walkable to downtown. Beautiful views from the private penthouse rooftop. The host was communicative and the overall space was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!
There's an air conditioner in the living room but not the bedroom. Would be nice to have a fan in the bedroom to keep cool at night.

The location was unbelievable - a short stroll into the centre of St Tropez. The apartment had the most incredible rooftop terrace with gorgeous views and space to chill and relax.
My only piece of negative feedback is that there wasn't any aircon in the main bedroom so we kept the door open so the aircon could try and reach us! This was a minor point though, and I would 100% stay here again.

This apartment is beautiful. Ideally located in the center of st-tropez. Modern and tasteful decoration. Very comfortable and well thought out. The photos are perfectly in line with reality. The owners are charming, welcoming and available for any questions. Note Bene, the view from the roof top is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos ... I had never put 10/10 on Booking.com, if the 11/10 rating existed it would be well deserved !

Lovely apartment. Great location. Clean. Rooftop is amazing (instagramable). Kitchen is excellent. Everything is provided except your luggage 😃. Main bedroom is quiet comfortable. A lot of outdoor space ( can choose either relaxing at the roof top or balcony).
Landlord is so helpful and patience. I have nothing to complaint about other than just too many good words.
At the beginning we were not sure of the address mentioned in the advertisement. However, the landlord did send us the correct address via message, which we failed to use as our initial reference for finding the apartment. Nevertheless, the landlord was very helpful in giving us the proper direction. Anyway,this was very minor and should not be considered as a dislike.
