New appliances. Excellent location. Near many restaurants and pubs and bus line. Newer bathroom.

While surfaces were fairly clean, rugs upstairs were quite threadbare and stained. Sills, baseboards and corners were filthy. No cleaning supplies except dish soap and a vacuum and broom were provided. As we stayed 3+ weeks, I purchased these and cleaned myself. Property said self catered and we knew we would have to use coins to buy electricity, but we were not aware that sheets were not provided so also purchased these.

... the couch in the livingroom should be replaced... it's worn out/bad seating. The rest... was excellent!!!!

Beds could have been better

Location was good.

Having to top up the electricity meter which was very expensive and there was no mention of it in the booking ad. Had to go out late evening to find coins to feed the meter

Location and spaciousness of the apartment though being on a main road, though a bit noisy in the mornings e.g. with delivery trucks etc. We were warned to expect a bit of noise from the pub across the way at night however that wasn't really an issue.

A mere suggestion, to consider providing cleaning cloths, sponges etc. for kitchen and bathroom. Mop, vacuum cleaner and broom available. We had hired three bicycles which we had to store securely in the apartment - it was a bit narrow trying to get them up the stairway to the apartment entrance at the rear however we managed. The alleyway served as a fire escape so could not be blocked during office hours.

Location really good clean spacious well equipted. All modern appliances. Nice bathroom. The owner changed the dates for us as we cancelled due to event we were attending rescheduled due to covid

There were 3 parties dealing with booking, owner, letting company and booking. Com. I got the blame for not ringing the owner re information about the apartment. Yet I was given the key and had been speaking to the letting company re payment and time of arrival and had messaged booking. Com to say when I was arriving. No instructions in the apartment Re immersion. Usually places would have an electric shower if the didn't have instant hot water. It meant everyone had cold showers. Also I didn't notice the small print about a meter. We booked apartment pre covid. We were already paying 775 (price had increased after we rescheduled due to covid) euros for 2 night self catering and are still expected to top up a meter. I have rented places for years through booking. Com and this is my first compliant. If information was left in the apartment it would have saved a lot of hassle.
