We (mum, dad and 3 children aged 3-11) thoroughly enjoyed our week Le Rouret. The villa was in a quiet residential area, and perfectly set-up with everything that we needed. Three air-conditioned bedrooms made sleeping easy, with a lovely cool living area for those moment when we weren't outside. But outside living was the order of the week with plenty of areas to relax in the sun or the shade, as well as a fabulous swimming pool for the days and a hot-tub for the nights, and a very efficient barbeque for outside cooking. Le Rouret was well positioned to explore the area, and we spent several days on the glorious beaches of Cannes (40 minutes away) as well as exploring Antibes (30 mins), visiting friends in Provence (120 mins) and a day-trip from Bordighera in Italy (65 mins). There are two supermarkets within 5 mins drive, as well as a range of very nice restaurants. Jerome popped by twice during the week to make sure everything was OK, and we would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to anybody looking for a relaxing holiday in the area.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house. The house is well equipped and was set up for all our needs. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden and pool was an absolute dream especially for our three children who loved exploring the hidden hideaways in the grounds as well as the swings and slides. On one occasion they loved picking some tomatoes from the garden. The pool was very safe for our young children as had alarm. We enjoyed many evenings dining outside in the beautiful surroundings. The forest is on the doorstep which is great for walks and the two local viliages had fantastic boulangeries and food shopping. Jerome and his family were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for Jermone and he really helped us when my child was unwell. We hope to comeback one day. My children were very sad to leave.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful location. The property is clean and very well maintained. The owner provided excellent customer service and provided many recommendations of things to see and places to go. As a first time visitor to France, it was a wonderful environment to wind down after visiting places such as Gorges du Verdon, Nice, Monaco, Cannes, and San Paulo. I would highly recommend this property!

This house pleasantly surprised us, as the house and its grounds were better than the photographs indicated. It was a great house for us a party of four, two adults and two kids. House is a fully equipped family home with everything you require . Jerome and Candide were great hosts who welcomed us on arrival, after meeting us en route due to my navigation skills. They went through all the basics of the house and reinforced that we should make full use of everything there. They went above and beyond to help us during the holiday also. The house itself is thirty minutes from Nice airport and within easy driving of Nice, Cannes and Antibes (car essential for this property). We also were parked in Monaco in under an hour! The house is well equipped and had everything to keep a teenager and under 10 happy. Swimming pool (with alarm) was used extensively, while garden is large enough for teenager to find quiet space to sit out and spend some time studying in the sun. Hot tub was a big favourite in the evening to relax after a day out. The house is quite secluded and all the neighbours were very low key. They is a well stocked Intermarche (with petrol station) about fives away in the car and many smaller shops in Le Rouret and Rochefort Le Pins. All in all this property gave us a great base for a family looking to switch off for a week, whilst exploring an area we had never been to before. It was close enough to beaches and towns to make trips out easy, but nicely positioned away from all of the frenetic energy of the coastal locations. Thoroughly recommend.

The Villa is approx. 20 minutes away from Antibe and Cagnes-sur-Mer in the hills of the Cote Azur. By car you get quite quickly to the sea. The house is very well equipped and has a nice kitchen with a lot of tools. All rooms have a friendly personal look and feel as the owners live/lived there. But the best of the Villa is the beautiful garden. The garden is very well kept with a lot of beautiful details. You can see that the garden is made with love. Also the pool is very nice. And the jacuzzi is simply great. There is a garden lounge too. All is quite close together so there is no problem to have an eye on the kids. That offers real holidays for the parents. In summary the Villa is top. Thanks a lot to Jerome for the nice stay.

Lovely, well-equipped property. Highly recommended. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the very private garden. Lots of space with different areas so six adults could enjoy a relaxing holiday without being on top of each other. It would also be suitable for families with children. We enjoyed buying fresh food at the local shops and cooking and eating dinner outside each evening. There are restaurants nearby for those who don’t want to cook – Le Clos St Pierre is well worth a visit. Lovely terrace and excellent food and ambience. Very convenient as a centre for vising inland places of interest and the coastal towns. Lots to see and do in the area without having to travel far. Thank you to Candide and Jerome for their welcome and for ensuring we had an excellent holiday. A big thank you also to Ahmed the gardener who was extremely helpful and picked some excellent tomatoes from the garden for us to enjoy.

We have stayed in quite a few villas in the south of France and this was definitely one of the nicest! It's all on one level with the villa opening onto a good sized terrace adjacent to the pool. The terrace has an automatic awning which is great during the middle of the day when it can get quite hot. The separate decking area is an added bonus with comfortable armchair/sofa seating overlooking the pool - a great vantage point for watching the kids messing about or just a pleasant area to relax, read or sunbathe in. The villa is well proportioned in the main living areas, with a good sized kitchen 'flowing' onto the main terrace and added mod cons such as the induction hob and wall mounted oven/grill. Other things we liked were the security and safety aspects of the automatic shutters and the glass doors which slide neatly into the walls during the day. We were also glad of the fans in the bedrooms at night - especially when it got really hot. All in all, this is a really relaxing place to stay; it's a lovely setting, private and well maintained and the weekly visit from the friendly housekeeper kept it looking its best!

This is a wonderful Villa, excellent for a young family, The owner was extremely welcoming and gave us a list of all the attractions and markets to visit throughout our stay, nothing was a problem to him. As we had young children he had left lots of toys and games to keep them well entertained, the house was beautifully decorated, light and airy, the patio area was beautiful, and we enjoyed BBQ's most nights. The pool was absolutely stunning as was the garden area around it, also the hot tub was a luxury. The villa was ideally situated and close to all the historical villages. Our Favourite was Valbonne which was stunning and Saint Paul De Vence with was literally breath taking. We were 20 mins from Nice and the same distance from Cannes. This villa really is a hidden gem, and we certainly will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful holiday at this well loved family villa. The location is excellent: about 20 mins drive inland from the Cote d'Azure. Nice Airport is about 25 mins away, Monaco about 45 mins, Sainte Maxime (a 15 min boat ride from St Tropez) about 1 hour 10 mins away. The villa itself is a well loved family home full of home comforts which the owner makes clear you are free to use. There are 3 bedrooms, all with shutters to keep out the heat, a modern kitchen which leads onto a patio and large table for outside dining. An electrically powered awning provides shade from the sun. There is also a gas barbeque. The well screened, private garden area is lovely: a pool suitable for all ages (with alarm to protect small children), grassed areas, plenty of loungers, comfy chairs and a table for afternoon snacks, swings and a shady hammock. There is also a hot tub heated to 36 degrees which is heavenly in the evenings. You could easily spend your whole holiday at the villa but it is also an ideal base to explore the Riviera one way and the Gorges du Verdon, the other. A car is essential and the villa is down a rather steep road which is easily missed from the main road but the owner provides directions. There is an excellent supermarket with particularly good deli, meat and fish counters and a huge selection of rose wines just 3km away. A very good boulangerie is even closer in the village of Le Rouret. This is an excellent all rounder villa ideal for a family holiday. One of the best we have stayed at.

Really enjoyed our holiday in Le Rouret. Villa was great and had everything that we and the kids would want - pool, hot tub, outside sitting areas, barbecue, small pool table and games for the children. Needless to say local boulangeries in Le Rouret and Rouquefort les Pins were excellent and used extensively. Villa owner was very helpful.
