Excellent location between 2 well connected subway stations. Great rooftop area for relaxing and taking in the city views.

Good size twin room with ensuite, small fridge and kettle. Roof top area to take in the night lights. Great quiet location - close to subway stations, buses and tourist attractions.

My 'complaints' would be the bed was a bit hard, and instructions for using the TV and AC in English would be really helpful.

Nice and clean room in one of my favourites Seoul's neighbourhoods. Staff was very nice and the room was comfortable, I had a nice stay! The tube station is close by and it connects you very well with another areas so it's a good spot to discover the city in a very cool neighbourhood.

Great location. 5 mins walk from the subway and the palace is also close. The building has a hanok rental shop and also a convenience store. The subway street turns into a street food market in the evening so it's easy to reach that too. A beautiful view of the high rises from my 5th floor room. Extremely nice, friendly, and helpful reception. Comfortable bed and cozy room. Even though the room was small in size, the good height of the ceilings compensated for it.

Walls are very thin and it's easy to hear noises from other rooms.

Hostel Korea is in a great location near metro, bus stops and tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful.

This is one of the dirtiest places I visited. Bed sheets and duvet had stains on them, and the same was on "clean" towels with addition of hair. The shower head had green mould on it indicating that it was never cleaned.

Staff is good and helpful. Location is close to historical center. 7-eleven on the ground floor. Internet is good. View is good.

In thai you will get this for $200, here it is 400. Shower is leaking. Bed is clean but not good, it is gray and old. Chair's wheels are broken.

Great location, near 2 metro's , plenty shops and restaurants in neighbourhood. In addition, big street food market around Jongno 3 metro. Friendly staff,comfortable quiet room, lovely roof terrace with view of palace gardens.

Better curtains would be a bonus to protect from afternoon sun and early morning light.

It's not my first time staying at this hotel. It's location has always been one of its strengths. Located near Jongno-3-ga wherein 3 subway lines meet. Walking distance from an Airport bus stops and from key tourist areas. Rooms are not that very new anymore but okay for those after a no fuss, affordable accommodation. There's a 7-Eleven located in the first floor and there area lot of traditional restaurants nearby.

-Centralize aircon was not working during out stay. Thankfully it's still cold since it is early spring. -Breakfast is not offered anymore post pandemic but kinda understandable

Great location. Easy walk between two different subway stations. Close to cute temples. Close to street with lots of Korean bbq restaurants and also to several convenience stores. Able to do laundry here.

It would be great if there was an area to sit and eat, even to bring back food from convenience store.

Great location, great staff, everything was clean and the room was warm (and you can control the temperature). I will definitely come back here next time I'm going to Seoul. It's 150% worth it and the value you get for the price is so good

The only thing I don't like is the pillow it makes it difficult to sleep and uncomfortable 😅 but everything else is good

The hostel was in a great location - just a few blocks from the subway station. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The bathroom has a shower not separated but it was big enough that the toilet didn’t get wet.

It was pretty hot in our room and very hot in the hallway. We were able to open the windows so with that and the 18F temperature outside, it then was comfortable at night.

2018 was my first trip down to Korea and I chose Hostel Korea Changdeokgung as my choice of stay. 4 years later, I'm back at it, there is so many changes, believe so pandemic hits hard, everything that a hostel could ever ask for, friendly staff, comfortable and easy adapting to the situation. Room is very satisfactory, still in love with it location close to Changdeokgung Palace. Area close to food searching and 7 eleven for sure.

It is quiet and close to cultural attractions in Seoul. There are lots of museums and galleries, restaurants close to the area. They offer laundry with dryer. The staff is also attentive with our needs. The guy lend me an adapter and the lady booked a taxi for us. I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to Seoul.
