Beautiful property & Lynn was excellent host

The pictures did not do this place justice. Lynn made herself available for any questions. Lynn was so thoughtful, I told her it was my wife’s birthday trip when booking and when we arrived there was a birthday card and a bag with a gift. Being able to relax on the deck with the creek flowing right beside us was really nice. I don’t usually give reviews, but this is one place I would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay over thanksgiving break, the place was beautiful along with beautiful scenery all around, will definitely be making this a usual stay if they’ll have us back, by far the best place we have stayed in Hayesville! Thank you for your hospitality

Place was very nice and roomy! The grounds are beautiful with a lovely creek running along side of it. Nice and private. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Lynn left us a bottle of red wine and muffins on the counter when we arrived. Very nice touch! Thank you!

Lynn was so hospitable. She made sure the house had all the little amenities to make our stay special. We found her rental very spacious. It is nestled beside a little creek with many trees. Access to her house was very easy. It was so peaceful there. We hope to rent from her again.

This has become our go to for our mountain get away. We could easily live here. I’d like to be able to say it is the worst place we have stayed so I could keep it a secret, but I can’t. The place is amazing. Could not ask for more. And Lynn is amazing. All you have to do is ask if you need anything. She is a sweetheart and makes our stay so much nicer. We have already booked our next stay and we just got home yesterday. Can’t wait to go back

This was the nicest stay we have had through VRBO. Pictures did not do justice to the accommodations. We could have moved in and stayed. Lynn, the owner was so friendly and welcoming, seemed like we had always known her. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet get away and back to nature with top class accommodations.

The landscaping and the surrounding property was extremely peaceful. A great getaway. Make sure you are able to stay more than 1 night. :)

My wife & I got to spend the night at this great little spot next to a peaceful stream. We enjoyed the well supplied chateu & our time to refresh while enjoying the tranquility of the little creek flowing just outside. Wish we had more time to stay, but now it's back to real life.

We were overjoyed when we arrived. It was so inviting. We normally stay at a cabin near by and decided to try some place new. This was a perfect choice. Quiet peaceful and so relaxing. Lynn is the perfect hostess. She made sure we had everything we could want or need. We have already booked our next stay and look forward to seeing Lynn again.

The host was outstanding and the rooms felt "homey". Will come back again!

Everything you see five stars is beyond five stars if I could give 12 I would the view from the apartment isn't quite appreciated by the photos you can open the windows and hear the creek, the place is spotless, there is everything you could ever imagine or you would ever need.....thank you so much what a great stay. I have to say I will be back.......

My husband and I spent a 4-day weekend in Lynn's beautiful guest apartment along a mountain stream in the Tusquittee Valley about 7 miles north of Hayesville, NC. The apartment is in the rear downstairs of her lovely villa-like home, with its own walkway, deck, patio furniture, grill, and all overlooking a beautiful rhododendron-lined creek. The guest suite had its own parking in front, so it did require a walk along the nicely-maintained boardwalk with 5-6 steps to get to the rear deck (making it unsuitable for a wheelchair, if that is a concern). The interior was beautifully decorated with a French motif, and the furnishings were attractive and quite comfortable. The living room had a sofa, armchair, and recliner. A desk and a puzzle table (with puzzle!) was in the area as well, and then a round glass dining table and a nicely decorated small kitchen. We didn't do any cooking so I can't comment on utensils, etc.. but the apartment has a large refrigerator (thoughtfully stocked with some basic items) and a microwave. Another thoughtful touch that we appreciated was that Lynn left us a bottle of wine and two muffins as a welcome gift. So nice! The bedroom and bathroom were also nicely furnished and full of supplies anyone might need. We felt so very comfortable staying here, and we especially appreciated Lynn's pet-friendly policy so we could bring our dog. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to come back again in a few months. We appreciate the care and hospitality. Thank you, Lynn!

This is our 2nd stay and if possible, this stay was even better than the first. Lynn, the host/hostess is an exceptional lady so caring and thinking of everything you might want or need. The apartment is very nice, clean and decorated perfectly. The wine and pumpkin cake were just icing on our cake. The area is beautiful with the gurgling creek at your back door. You have your own patio, grill fire pit, etc. Lynn is only a short walk or phone call away, In addition to locating a vacation spot we love we are blessed to call Lynn, Pretty Boy and Lily friends. My host Lynn was amazing! Couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The apartment is very large and beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. There was nothing I needed that wasn't there. She thinks of everything! The Creekside patio was gorgeous and so peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

We wish we could have had more time to spend, as we had booked for just 1 day while visiting relatives. all the conveniences of home and so cozy. So peaceful listening to the creek flowing below through the natural rock and not hearing any traffic. We live in the City of Tampa Florida and are thinking about selling Our home there now. Definitely will be booking again.

Girls trip! A lovely, well supplied and decorated apartment home! We loved it from the moment we pulled in the driveway. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, kitchen well stocked with extras, and the creekside patio was awesome! Scenic views on the property and the entire surrounding area! Lynn is a fantastic hostess - we feel like she's our new found friend as though we've known her forever! We can't wait to come back with our little fur baby!

The property was lovely- very quiet and peaceful- complete with a backyard creek. The outdoor area was very well lit at night. The interior was spacious and nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Mom and I absolutely loved this place. It was perfect! The host left us some popcorn and muffins for our stay. The place was quiet and very cozy. Loved listening to the water from the creek. We enjoyed eating by the creek on the porch! We will definitely return.

We can't say enough about this great Vrbo! The accommodations were wonderful, clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. The creak running along side the property offer the soothing sound flowing water. Our dog did not want to leave the porch. We will definitely stay again.

The property itself is one of natural beauty and serenity, complemented by thoughtful plantings all around. Our rental, on the inside, was well constructed and full of beautiful art of many sorts. We stepped outside facing a beautiful deck well furnished and equipped for cooking, eating, social activities and plain good relaxation; overlooking a fast flowing creek. The sound of the rushing water below was almost musical and definately relaxing. We traveled many nearby directions while there, like to golf courses, lakes, enjoyable small town events etc. Lynn Fazio Richardson made everything I just mentioned that much better, because this gentle woman treated us so well. Like a "wonderful hostess."

Lynn was very friendly, the villa had anything you could possibly need, excellent decor, lovely patio for enjoying morning coffee and the beautiful creek flowing past. Complete with FIREPIT for late evening on patio. Will definitely use this property again.

What a wonderful and well-appointed apartment! We loved our stay and Lynn was a perfect host. She provided wine, cheese, and other goodies in the refrigerator to welcome us. It was very comfortable and relaxing next to a cool, clear creek.

We were so impressed with the luxury and comfort of this property. Even though we came in quite late at night, we could tell this property was set up for a quiet and private getaway. We were greeted with an open door, bottle of wine and cinnamon rolls for the morning. We enjoy peace and quiet through the weekend. Everything was clean and there was plenty of extra supplies in case you forget to pack something. There was creek right next to the property you can enjoy watching from the deck. We enjoyed a nice weekend away from home. Thank you for everything.
