After checking in I immediately checked out this hotel and its entire look was disgusting. They gave me a room that was never cleaned. Horrible odor. Garbage odor throughout. They gave me someone else’s checkout receipt

The only good thing is the location. This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Stained towels and sheets. I complained at the front desk and no compensation or apologies were offered to me. The front desk agent just told me I should talk to a manager. I do not recommend this place at all

I really didn’t like this properly , super dirty even the towel , we stay for emergency one night and I have to use my own beach towel and sheets because the room was super dirty and stain in the sofa bed

We decided not to stay because the facilities smelled unpleasant and were not clean. Another customer also reported bed bugs in their room.

For this being a Wyndham property we were very disappointed. Shared the room with roaches, we had to clean the tub before use, 1 towel was provided- 2 people staying in the room. No hand towels, wash cloths. We had to use the ice bucket to fill with ice and put in the fridge to keep my medicine cold. Drink machine on our floor was out of order

The price and location are great! The mattress is comfortable, but the pillows are old and falling apart and very small and the sheets are thin and worn.
The breakfast is ok the olny hot food is pancake machine, no meat. I like bacon!
Pool area nice, but the need to change the trash outside more often and powerwash the outside by the doors of the rooms. Just that would make a major difference.

They need to find a way to improve their facilities, the only reason why I stayed the nights I reserved was because I was only there to sleep. The room itself needs to be redone, the walls are stained, the coffee maker has mold, and the bathroom walls have something that looks like mold too. The shower curtain was stained, the bathtub accessories were corroded, the pillows were not comfortable, no water bottles were available, no room service, we stayed 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once because we asked them, and the towels were the worst towels I ever used in my entire lifetime. Every time we used them, we had leftover particles from the towels in our bodies, and on top of that, they were so small you could barely fit a baby. Customer service was meh, with no sense of hospitality and, a good location but a lot to improve. We didn't even use the pool because it didn't look good.

Not so good. Was pretty dirty and my room was above the housekeeping room and people just stood outside and started and it was kind of uncomfortable going to and from car. Room smelled like mold and shower looked like someone bled in there and it stained the floor. Cheap of course, I guess you get what you pay for but with so many other nice hotels around you'd think they would update it!

I requested towels and bed sheet sets. I saw the gentleman get them out of the dryer. I changed myself. I had to request toilet paper and washcloths during our stay.

The sheets were dirty and hairy, there were a couple of stained towels as well. The construction is very old, the roof looked like it was going to fall on my head. The breakfast was not bad, but there were cold boiled eggs, and there was no way to heat them.

This place was falling apart, filthy, outdated, no lock on door, rust and mold in rooms, paint peeling, drug addicts in parking lot, people in Pool who weren’t guest,over charged and already put a call in, no towels in room no tv that worked, no hair dryer shower had exposed rusty screws and faucet on shower barely worked so I got burnt! Never again!!! Go elsewhere

The staff was unfriendly and took forever for staff to fill the coffee in the am! Food was not edible, and the hotel was run down. Staff had a sign due to hard to find employees, there is no room service! Poor choice and should not be advertised on your web site!

The room was filthy, bathroom moldy. Luckily we brought our own cleaning supplies, sheets and towels. The entire hotel need renovations. Housekeeping only went to our room once. Obviously the housekeeping staff doesn't look at bed sheets nor towels because both have stains all over. The sofa in the room was so dirty we decided to sit at the metal tables they have in front of the hotel.
