Nice place in a very bad area.

Wish I had taken pictures. The bathroom was disgusting. It looks like they tried to caulk or paint over the mold. The air condition units were old and caused sinus issues for my whole family. Bedding was worn. There were holes in the top covers

We have actually been here almost two weeks waiting for our house to be ready to move in.
The staff are all so nice and helpful. We enjoy chatting with them in the morning when we grab a quick breakfast.
The rooms are big and they have a small kitchen area. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. We have a teen so we also have an air mattress and a pack n play. We still have room to move around. So it’s pretty spacious.
The outside is the most obvious reason people stop. This is very obviously the cleanest and prettiest property in the entire city. Nothing in Hemet is this quiet. The outside has plants and flowers everywhere and coming from the desert, it’s gorgeous. It feels like we’re on shelter island in San Diego, not Hemet.
Overall I gave it a very high rating because it has been a really good stay considering it’s a very stressful time for the family. They’ve made it feel like a home in the meantime and I’m very thankful!

The staff is friendly and helpful and responded to a request for a blow dryer quickly (the one in the room was broken). The area is not that great. The furniture in the room had stains and so did one of the sheets. There were no trashbags in the trash cans. The people in the room 2 doors down were noisy and talking about drinking in the hallway until after midnight - it appears they live at the hotel from my overhearing of their conversation (and later confirmed during the conversation with the staff and PD). My wallet was stolen out of my room. The door does not pull shut properly. The staff was very helpful with the police and had video footage of her accessing the room while I was walking to the office for breakfast. Super odd that she pulled in when I left my room, went and parked next to my car, went directly to my room and then left after taking my wallet. I was out of the room for 10 minutes. I would say if you stay here stay in a room that is ON Camera and closer to the office or on the 2nd floor in the middle.

Floors were dirty walking on floor after shower caused mud prints from feet in white sheet-though flooring updated to vinyl planking and new bathroom fixtures were welcoming

Weather your visiting or living in Hemet, you'll quickly recognize that Quality Inn is 1 out of the 3 hotels worth staying/ paying for ! Clean, quite & rather reasonably priced. For me, Quality Inn is the only hotel I'm willing to pay for in Hemet.

The front desk person was nice & worked very fast. The room itself could use a deeper cleaning, there were splatters on the walls, the restroom smelled musty, the cupboards had a layer of dust inside & we found 2 dead flies under the pillows on one bed. We got a first floor room & the person upstairs apparently didn’t need to sleep, you could hear every single step that was made which made for a rough night.

This is a pet friendly place, however they do not have any spot for our pets to do their business, the only place is a vacant lot next to the liquor store (not safe at night). Also the non smoking room was NOT a non smoking room we had a headache the entire stay. But we didn't have any rodents because of ALL the resident cats everywhere. Its the best place in town so my suggestion is to stay outside of town in a cleaner area.
The manager tried to justify my review by telling me that he gave me the last room on the bottom floor because i needed a bottom floor and said it was non smoking room BS.
Just be honest with people and take responsibility for your actions and stop making excuses.

The room service is amazing. Very good service. However, the lady in the front desk was horrible. She refused to check me in or do anything without complaining about it the whole time. “Are you making me work again ?! I told you I didn’t wanna work !!” Very bad attitude and very bad service from the front desk lady. Will never stay here again.

Every time i come to hemet i stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
You might see a few local cats in the parking lot from time to time, but they are so sweet and super friendly.

The road sign advertised an inclusive hot breakfast with eggs etc. The only available items for breakfast were actually toast, waffles, cereal or yogurt.

They were suppose to only hold $50..
They actually are holding $165. I tried to get explanation. Front desk said it was Authorization for the room. And he was rude. Exact words were.. " do you think the room is free ?!" Terrible.
