It was a nice stay, room was good, clean, easy access to things around it

I would have a higher rating for this hotel, except that the Television had no service, and the manager told us that it may come back on soon. It did not.

Our stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby near elevator needed to be cleaned/moped frequently. Breakfast eating areas needed to be wiped down after each use. Would have been great to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Here’s my weird complaint… only one side of the shower opens and to turn the water on you get blasted with cold water and if you don’t find the correct temperature while being blasted in the face you accept your fate until you can reach the handle. I got the cold face blast and then decended into the scalding water. Once adjusted the shower was great.

The stay was great. The room was very clean and the whole property was well kept. The breakfast was a great ending to a good stay.

Room was fine. Warning: dog friendly hotel. Dogs barking in middle of night and dog poop in front of elevator. No necessarily the hotels fault but comes with allowing animals. Dining area was not kept up with as guests ate breakfast. Sticky, dirty tables and trash left laying. Coffee was terrible.

Check in- employee on phone another just standing there no offer to help. Employee at check in difficult to understand and spoke fast. Did not really talk or welcome us. Did not explain why it cost 50 more than Expedia said. Had to wait for another employee to ask. When we checked out I asked for a receipt and said it will be emailed and turned away. Never received email with receipts. Not impressed for the price paid.

It's very disappointing to be told after we've booked a room that a military discount could have been applied, but wasn't given it; whereas when I stayed in the same place previously, there wasn't a place to check I had a pet, but they couldn't wait to add that to the bill.
Also, the card in the bathroom said the room would be cleaned every other day. I was there for three days...not one time was it cleaned.

Things were rather standard. But everything was good.

To start.. first room we were given (2 queen beds) smelled like a decomposing body was inside somewhere. Went to the desk and asked for another room. The clerk gave us another room on another floor. The key did not work to the new room and went back to the desk. The clerk gave me a key to the 3rd room. Inside the room was 1 king bed and a couch. Another trip to the front desk and advised I paid for 2 queen beds. The clerk stated he’d give me a partial refund to keep the room (50$). Told the clerk I needed the 2 queen beds due to having 3 teens with me. Clerk advised no other rooms available and advised he gave me 100$ off for the stay. Still haven’t seen the refund, and no receipt was given.
The breakfast was great and the kids loved it. For the money, stay at a nicer more accommodating hotel.

The stay was good once we got past the shower issue. Our first room the shower was messed up and wasn’t able to shut the water off. But they came quick and remedied this situation and changed my room without hesitation!! The star. Was very friendly and always ready to answer my questions. The breakfast kept my children happy and full!! Thank you to the great staff!

It was a good location near where we wanted to be. It was nice. Room door was the only thing i didn't like because it was a sliding door and it was not very private with that type door plus it was giving us some trouble when we got there. I notified front desk that it was not working well. Stay was pleasant.

The Hotel overall was good clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My biggest complaint was im in a wheelchair and the room was hard to get around in. Right when you come in the room there is a table in entry way which made it hard to even get in the room. I have a hoyer lift to get me to bed and out of bed in my chair and there was barley enough room to get me in and out of bed. The bathroom was also hard to get into because the closet door would only open so far. So if you are in a wheelchair i wouldnt recommend staying here.
