The things I like about this property is the cleanliness convenience and the breakfast. However, for one, the rooms are really small and when I first booked this room on Expedia, it said that there was a microwave included in the room and when I talked to the employee about it, she said that it is Expedia's fault basically for doing the false advertisement and that I should only book on Hilton and She kept going on and on about saying bad things about Expedia and I always book my rooms on Expedia all the time and I found out to be very unprofessional. I had also called to ask for more towels and for tissue because our tissue box was empty in our restroom and 30 minutes past and I went downstairs and she was standing there talking to other employees. Overall, every other employee is great but some need to be trained for better customer service. I will not be coming be here!

The room was the smallest room I had ever been in. It did not have a closet. It did not have drawers. It had baskets for you to put your clothes in the air conditioner was behind the desk, so it was position in the wrong place when I called for extra towels cause I needed some towels, it took 4 1/2 hours. I got extremely cold and needed another blanket. I never received that blanket. I received the text the next morning that they didn’t have any more blankets for the price of this room, it is not worth it. I will never stay there again. I will never recommend anybody to stay there, it is absolutely garbage. It should be used as a single room occupancy for homeless people.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was shocked by the amount required for a deposit ($300) and had not budgeted for that amount. Thankfully the front desk agent was able to work something out for me with the manager. I was traveling for a family funeral and did not have a "vacation" fund for this trip.

This is a nice hotel, with several eating options within walking distance. Staff was nice and simple breakfast is included. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms need some maintenance. The area is noisy, for my ears, as it is on the side of a major highway.
