Desperate need of a renovation. First room the AC didn't work. Moved me to another room where the door knob was broken to the bathroom. Luckily I was alone so it wasn't a big deal. Mattress, pillows, sheets, towels, all that stuff worn out.

Great room rates, clean room new microwave and fridge

It was okay for a low budget motel.

I wont to explain my review. First off the hotel outside as far as grounds are very nice. Hotel itself is older but clean on outside. Rooms however are different story. The paint on ceiling and walls is falling off triubly. The bathroom is literally falling apart with mold visible. Everything work3d as it should and I realize this isnt a high $ hotel. The house keeping does good job to clean the rooms at least.. we stayed 3 days at the hotel and didnt get any room service at all. We also had to go to front desk for clean towels daily and got attitude and generally had to wait till 2 or 3 to get them. I dont fault the work staff for cleaning. I fault the owner. Also there is a unsafe feeling here. At night there is alot of people hanging out in cars and parkinglot. At 10pm one night had knock on the door a and it was a guys trying to sell me drugs. Thank God that was last night there. I know Atlant is full of alot of drugs and such but the hotel owner needs to put security in to provide patrons a safe stay. Alsohe needs to adress the mild and paint issues. I developed a sinus issue first night there and it got worse. Bty 3rd night i had lost mu voice. Soon as we left the hotel to come home my sinuses were fine. That told me its def a mild issue. . Also this hotel requires a $50 security deposit which most hotels do now days but they twll you after u check out it could be up to 2 weeks before its refunded.so we will see.

Sadly my room had Roaches, bad odor, hair in the shower, sticky floors. I can’t wait to get home and take a good bleach bath. But the staff were very nice.

The room was dirty. The sheets were uncomfortable. Was made to feel like a bother at check in.

Lot smoke smell

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but the conditions of the facility and cleanliness of the room were disgusting.

Pretty good

Terrible service. Once I checked in, the smoke alarm was beeping. I called the front desk and was told for me to take the smoke detector down and remove the battery. But was accused of smoking in the room by staff. I don’t smoke and was highly offended. I had literally just walked into the room when it was beeping. Shameful.

Took an hour and 3 different rooms to check in. Room key locks did not work.

I liked the area of town it was in. The person behind the desk was very helpful and friendly.

It took an hour to check in. The room key didn't work. Eight trips to front desk. Three room changes before I could get into room with a door lock that worked.

It was a decent place for the price

A Nice Clean, Cozy HideAway!!

It was great. You get what you pay for. This is my 3rd time here

No refrigerator or microwave, no breakfast. Room was in disrepair, ceiling was falling down. Will no longer use RRI in the future where other hotels are available.

Very clean room and nice staff at front desk very quick and efficient my room was not quite ready she when up to check the room herself and got me in with speedy attention

This place is horrible! We stayed for about 2 minutes and checked right back out and had to go find somewhere to stay. It is nothing like the pictures and hotels.com should remove this listening. The room was filthy and falling apart. The floors were not only dirty as if no one has ever cleaned them but the panel flooring was also coming up. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was an eyesore. I wish i had pictures to post but we got out of there so fast i didn’t even have time to pull my luggage in the room completely. The walls were dirty and the curtains were falling off. Whatever you do do not book this place!

I tried to check in shortly after my friend made the reservation with her but the employees kept saying that they don’t have the reservation and shortly after said the reservation was there on their side of the spectrum (hotels.com) So me and my friend ended up leaving the property back to our car. Half way home, Robert the manager calls and says it’s a glitch in the system he apologizes and promptly asks me for a security deposit just to check me in.

This place is very rundown and needs to go through a full renovation. The walls are dirty, bathrooms are disgusting and the beds/ linens have stains.

I like the outside access to rooms. But rooms and building was in bad shape, clean, but AC unit in room didn't work properly, loud and noisy, bathroom fan also loud and noisy, carpet dirty, ceiling dirty and flaking, furniture, safety box, all too outdated and semi working or not working, looked like a cheap bad motel, and it is not cheap, they need to adjust the price to reflect the bad state everything is.

I enjoyed my stay. This is good value for the price.
