Fantastic stay, as usual here. Room was clean and very comfortable- a little noisy but not terrible.
Check in was quick and painless. Front desk staff were polite. Was accommodated easily for a late check out.
Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. Breakfast staff was very pleasant.
Only complaint - would've preferred a higher floor but didn't ask ahead of time and they were full.

We stayed in a king suite. Bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows made for a restful sleep. Suite has a separate living room with a fireplace. We went in the hot tub a few times....nice way to relax. They also have a sauna but we didn't use it. Breakfast had many hot and cold options, you should be able to find something to eat. Only complaint was the room thermostat. Room was 65-67 no matter what we tried to set the room at 70. I would stay again.

From staff at check in to breakfast to housekeeping everyone was very pleasant.Room very clean and comfortable with fridge,microwave and coffee maker in a small alcove.If you want tea you just have to microwave but that’s better than in places where you run the water through the coffee maker and your tea tastes of coffee.Very well situated with mall steps away,several restaurants and riverside within walking distance.Very pleasantly surprised.Few minutes drive to train station for Agawa railway.

Pool needs to be cleaned. Dust off the sprinkler system falling into the pool. Foreign objects in the pool.

The stay was amazing! Jamie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information on what to do for our stay. There were some young boys staying in the hotel for a hockey tournament and they were making a lot of noise in their rooms. We complained to the front desk and they dealt with it very quickly. The breakfast was very good.

I went out for. dinner and when I returned at 7:50pm there was NO PARKING and I was charged $6 for parking. That is terrible.

It was nice and quiet. It was very clean. The staff were great! An absolute rave about the gluten friendly complimentary breakfast! Ive never stayed anywhere that had options like this. It was nice to have options other than fruit and yogurt.

Traveling north for fishing trip. Decided to stay on the Canadian side. Checked in and was informed by front desk not to leave valuables in vehicles. Said there are many break ins almost nightly. Was told we would have to park out back since we were towing our boat. Was informed that there was no security posted to watch the lot. Many homeless roaming around and watching as we pulled around back. Debated whether to risk it or have all of our gear stolen and ruin our trip. I opted to go back in and cancel the stay. Explained that I had too many valuables to take to my room and since they couldn’t provide adequate security that I would not be staying. The clerk cancelled my booking and was apologetic.

We had a lovely room with lots of space and a fireplace! It was very comfortable and cozy and the fridge and microwave are always a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was full and lacking signage as to where to park when it was full. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not the greatest. The room I paid for was not the room I ended up in. However, check-in took a bit longer than expected after getting in later than I originally was scheduled to (due to a delayed flight), and I did not fuss to change the room. Furthermore, I had to pay for parking, which I did not mention so in the booking details.
Also, the bedding had not been cleaned or changed as there was dirt and hair still on the bed. Very unpleasant.
Breakfast options were limited in nature.

Parking lot was full, so was assigned a city lot in the back of the hotel. We are in our seventies so moving the luggage was not the easiest given the distance. Nice place just difficult parking and neighborhood had some loud partiers.

When we checked in we were told the pool is open. When we looked online, it said it wasn't so we didn't bring swim suits. They had opened it that day. Very disappointing. It took three trips from our room to the front desk to get keys that worked. Even when they did finally work the door stuck so you had to force it open. The ceiling of our room had a large area that had been inexpertly repaired from a leak or something.
