We love this hotel! As a family of 5 we stay here about every six months when we are in town visiting our kids in college.

We are a family of 7. Somehow we ended up in a handicapped accessible room. Which meant things we set up a bit different (low bed). There were no bedroom lights. We had 3 towels for two bedrooms. When we went and asked for more they were not real willing to give us more. The pillows were square couch type pillows - not comfy at all. Had what we needed for two nights but definitely won't stay at again.

Good hotel. Carpet was a bit worn in my room near the front door. Needs repair. No elevator to upper floor rooms. Be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. No elevator so if you are disabled or elderly notify the Hotel in advance for a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was better than expected. With good variation of food. Would have like to seen some hot coco.

Nice place with friendly staff and a decent breakfast (for this hotel standard). Overall nice property and rooms - but rooms are becoming dated and soon in need of a refurb.

Asked for a blanket because it was cold and was told they only have sheets all the blankets had been given out. Also there was 2 baby roaches running across the wall I had to kill. And whatever that top sheet was it was hard looked like an old heater sheet it had a bunch of clumps

The front desk staff was so kind and amazing. Room was mostly clean (floor in bathroom left feet dirty) and it was slightly dated but coming from a nightmare airbnb to be able to book night of,drive over and have a safe and clean hotel with friendly staff was everything.

Fantastic Hotel for the Price point. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and functional. And reasonably quiet from outside traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

I’d stayed at this property once before almost a decade ago. It looks almost exactly the same, though far more worn down, especially the couches and carpet. The beds were comfy though

I stay at this location each time I am there for work (approximately 3 weeks out of each year). It is convenient, in a nice area with great food options nearby. In particular, Evelyn, who works the front desk, is wonderful. Each time I come, she makes me feel like I am a friend, not just a guest.

The receptionist was nasty and we were barely able to hear her or understand what she was saying. She failed to tell us that we had to put a placard inside our rental car, lucky we found out b4 our vehicle was towed. You have to make a 24 hour appointment for them to clean your room. The bed was very very uncomfortable. although the hotel appeared not to be full we were placed all the way in the back by the train/rail car. The only good thing was the breakfast. You really need to clean a little better and get rid of the nasty old lady at the front desk.

Staff was amazing. Our room was perfect. It was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Especially Evelyn, she remembered my family and was very nice each morning we were there for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My only concern was the noise level between suites which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the sofa bed mattress was worn out and made it difficult to sleep on it.

The property is old, carpets in the rooms were dirty.there is no regular room cleaning, it’s on request and 24 hrs in advance
Towels and sheets were clean and you can ask for fresh towels any time..
There is no Elevator which means you have to take the stairs for your luggages.
We were on second floor and I found a bug in my suitcase.
We didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look clean.
The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles, sausage or bacons. Chopped fruits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, toasts, coffee and good selections of teas.
Staff were doing their best to help the guests.

We liked that we were able to get a small suite with a complete kitchenette (Sink, fridge, stovetop, microwave). The suite felt very private and cozy and the complementary breakfast was very good with something different each day.

I thought, overall, that this property needed care and attention to details. In our suite, there wasn't enough plates for a family of 4, or bowls, or silverware. We didn't use any of these things since we were there just for one night. The window shades in our bedroom, didn't go up. One of the bathroom cabinets was hanging off the hinge. There were gnats in the kitchen.

Around the hotal area was nice.hotel was close to shopping areas. We were 5 family members stayed in this hotel.we had two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and kitchen with everything which is nice.Only problem is this hotel doesn't have Elevator they gave us room at 3rd floor.we had to carry laugage by stairs. 1st two days had no wifi. Customer service was nice,Breakfast was good.Floor carpets need to change beside that everything was fine.

I liked the location of the property since it was in walking distance to stores and shops. Staff was kind enough. It was about 25-30 minutes away from Universal Studios. We enjoyed breakfast but the rooms overall were not very clean. They immediately smelled like smoke and had a musty odor. The carpet was old, dirty, and wet and even the bedsheets were wet and not fully dry. There was a sofa bed in the room which we needed, but there were no extra linens or blankets which was disappointing.
