Door to room was damaged- let light in from the bottom and wouldn’t lock internally. Walls stained, overpowering smell of chemical cleaning solution.

Place was rather unclean, needs updating. But it was affordable and ok for a one night to lay your head during overnight travel. The clientele was not good, loud and unsafe. You get what you pay for, hindsight I would of spent a little more for a different hotel.

It was great

This stay was necessary due to a broken ac and having a small child in the home. Just needed something cheap to get us through the night. I should have paid the few extra bucks to stay at a better hotel. Spots all over the mattress cover that resembled blood or diarrhea, a grey ring all around the white comforter, a brown substance all over the phone cord (phone didn’t work) same brown substance on the side of nightstand and floor in bathroom and arm of chair, desk chair had stains of some sort, 2 different color wall paints, mold ring in bathtub, and basically just a unkept appearance to the whole establishment. Would not recommend staying here.

Just to clarify, I went to this property because of price. Never again initially walking in an older couple wanted a refund because their toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor. I should’ve followed. I requested a bottom floor room facing a certain side because my trailer was parked there. She gave me top floor, the key didn’t work anyway, so I had to go back and she stated there was nothing on the bottom floor (that should’ve been communicated initially). Got to the room. The AC unit was so loud. The fan was rubbing against something inside overall it was pretty clean. The bathtub needed some attention. The pattern that they had on the ceiling, the plaster dripped into the bathtub and nobody bothered to clean it. It was all over and since it was wet, it will transfer on you as you bathe. It’s July, the pool was drained And disgusting. There were people walking around without shirts. This looks like a motel that people live in. I told my young children not to touch the handrails cause they were so disgustingly dirty. Would not recommend

All was dirty and wet. Disgusting

The room was filthy, they had the sheets and towels piled up outside on the ground in the back of the hotel, and the pool was empty. There are drug addicts, prostitutes, and homeless people that hang out all around the back of the hotel. We were there for a week and could not get a refund so we had to stay there or lose out. The whole time we were there we had to clean the room ourselves and empty the trash cans. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

We tried 3 rooms and the third room didn't have a shower curtain. The breakfast choices were good.

Didn’t stay!!! Room was just serviced and bathroom was never cleaned. Poop was in toilet bowl and filled to rim!! Had to find another hotel at almost double the price. Never again will I book a stay at a Ramada hotel.

We didn’t stay. The room was musty and there were police cars eying the place, shady characters in and out. My SO is a cop and he said uh, no. Not staying here. The front desk person was very nice. Easy check in process.

The room was non smoking but i smelled smoke. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed from previous stay. And neither were the towels. They just folded the towels and they were dirty.

This is not a RAMADA hotel it is false advertisement Stinky dark dirty place unsafe to leave car in parking lot too noise people . Do not stay here

Of the few recent stays we've had at various hotels in this range, this was our best experience. Everything in the room worked (you'd be surprised how many places where half the appliances were broken) which was very refreshing. Staff this morning qas WONDERFUL. Loved the lobby decoration...I unfortunately didn't get her name but she did the tree in the lobby. Will definitely return!

The ladies at check in Sat and Sun were polite and answered questions. It went down hill. We couldnt get clean towels and wash clothes. The housekeepers coulnt speak english to tell me we weren't on list for new ones. The desk said only monday, wednesday and Fri. We asked for nrw towels and a different girl said she would tell housekeeping We got some the next day without room cleaning and no coffee for room except the day we got there. The girl that contacted housekeeping told me it was a courtesy they replied to the asking for new bathroom towels. She spent over 2 hours in parking lot with friends in 2 cars. I found bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. The outside of hotel walkways were never cleaned...bugs and dead worms. Pool was not cleaned and reopened Disappointing to pay for that and not have it. We were informed this hotel is a drug spot. Perhaps you should clean up the area and non paying visitors in the parking lot. By the way we found a sign stating room services upon request ( not the days given on our 3rd day of stay) located at the far end of counter not even close to check in. No coffee in room after day 1.and none available in evening. Breakfast was slim. Last day found eggs for microwave in refrigerator. Pastry appeared to be days old. Never staying again.

The team that helped me was completely unprepared, they couldn't find my reservation, I had to call Hotels.com support and the Hotels.com agent had difficulty helping me as not even the hotel phone was working. The hotel employees, not knowing what to do, called the manager and he did not answer the calls. In short, it took me about TWO HOURS to get into the room, which unfortunately had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Finally, when it was time to charge the security deposit, the employee charged 4 different amounts from my card, which to date, two of them are still on my statement.

Our family just stopped for a night’s sleep. The king sized bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The room was clean but the walls looked dirty and needed painting. The lobby had big fans as the air conditioning wasn’t working there. Over all it was ok for the money.

The 50$ deposit required was an unpleasant surprise. We’re sleeping here passing through from fLA to Canada. Having to go back in to reception in the morning before we leave to get the $50 security deposit back felt insulting, and like a waste of time. The silicone around the tub needs redoing. The duvet covers have yellow stains. Otherwise, standard motel for the economical price

Iwould strongly recommend you to pick this one, among other cheap hotels in this area. The room is completely renovated. very clean, the towels are new. the smell is very clean and fresh.

Tub was extremely slippery and my 72 year old mother fell leaving huge bruises. Also landed on the side where she had a hip replacement. Motel was outdated. Did have good soap & hair wash products. Breakfast was plain Jane, but good enough to get us down the road. Lobby/breakfast room temperature was very warm.

My wife has asthma and couldn’t even breathe on most areas of this property. Pictures online are misleading

I thought the name ramada would ensure a good stay. Magnetic lock took 20 swipes to work, steps were corroded and follong apart.both ice machines disnt work ,breakfast do e at845. Lovby had a christmas tree and a hea y duty fan..not welcoming at all. Mens underwear and socks in bushes by pool. I only paid $30ish dollars but that was even too much! I was insulted to have to pay 20 for my dog...he even couldnt wait to leave. Dog poop all over the yard, no trash can. . Walls were paper thin so people next door kept me up all night! Would have left at 9pm but huge storm came in. Stayed in cleaner hostels!
