The staff were all so friendly - the hotel was clean, in a great location with reasonably priced valet services. Would absolutely stay again!

Every detail of the hotel was well thought-out, cleverly designed and convenient. Even the lighting fixtures in the room were original, providing soft light exactly where you need it. The downtown location was very convenient and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I can’t find a thing to fault— This is my new favorite hotel.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed.
Location, Price, Fancy, Kind staffs, huge room, room condition, amenities, welcome treats.. everything was good, except there was no microwave at room, however it didn't matter for me.
(Maybe they offer as request, but not sure)

L7 is centrally located to everything making it very easy to walk short distances to do all the popular things in Chicago. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were excellent! No complaints about anything. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant so we can’t review that, but there are many restaurants all around the hotel to meet everyone’s taste and budget. We will stay here again.

Perfect hotel for a quick anniversary getaway! From the moment we checked-in till checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect. Definitely recommending L7 to others and will look at returning this hotel next time we can get back to the city. Thank you to the staff for the bottle of Prosecco and chocolates!!

Super friendly staff who made us feel most welcome. Breakfast was top quality but wasn’t ’fully Included’ as a $50 voucher was nowhere near enough for two people in a good quality Chicago hotel.

From the arrival at the hotel the staff were excellent. Attentive and friendly and focused on making the experience and check-in fast and painless. The king bed was very nice. The room was spacious and the window nook was a nice feature. The hotel was surprisingly quiet as we barely heard people in the hallway and never heard our neighbors. Location was fantastic for walking around downtown Chicago. Close to the L which was heard at a very low level.

A beautiful, very clean and comfortable hotel and room. They generously upgraded our room for our anniversary and left a sweet note, some chocolates and a bottle of champagne. We really enjoyed the complimentary espresso/latte bar in the lobby!! Great, central location !

We arrived around 3:30p and the room wasn't ready for us, but they did give us a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurant across the street. It was ready about 45 min later and we were very impressed with the size of the room. It was very nicely furnished and they provided robes and socks. The faucet water was also filtered and good to drink, which was great. Price was reasonable, and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at L7 in Chicago! The location is perfect, staff is super helpful & friendly, and the rooms are pristine.
The hotel lobby has a free coffee drink maker and chilled, filtered water available all day.
This was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's birthday weekend, just two blocks from the beautiful Chicago Theatre and easy walking distance to the Riverwalk and Millennium Park.
We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family!

This is a beautiful hotel with attention to detail. Love the window seats, the filtered water on tap and the other curated amenities. The staff was kind and welcoming from the second we got out of our car. We’ll be back!

First time at the L7
Arrived for a dreamcatcher concert at the Chicago Theatre.
The L7 was the right choice across from riverwalk only 20 min from Navy Pier amd just a few blocks from the theatre. Staff was friendly, the lobby floor hallways and room was impeccably clean. Always felt safe and secure in the hotel.
Loved the coffee bar in the lobby the hot tea and coffee and espresso choices tasted excellent.
The king size bed down pillows were so comfortable.
Check the closet the bathrobes are amazing. Bathroom features were great. Great water pressure I like the fact that the sink cold water was filtered for drinking.
The body wash hand wash lotions never made my skin feel dry.
The views of surrounding sky scrapers impeccable.
I will stay again.

Perfect location! It is conveniently located, I could save my time and energy. The bed was so comfy...one night, I slept more than 12 hours!! Amazing! Some people mentioned noise from the outside, but for me, there was no problem at all. I will definitely come back to L7 Chicago by Lotte Hotel.

Amazing room and decor. Staff were friendly and offered to hold my bag while my room was prepared. Hotel restaurant, Perilla, was definitely worth a try. Location was perfect close to shops and the river walk.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and close to all the local attractions. We didn't have a car so we walked everywhere and it was not a bad walk at all to get to all the places we wanted to see. The hotel staff were super nice and the doorman always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello.

Initially, the hotel staff could not locate our Hotels.com reservation in their system which was nerve racking at the time. However, they found it and we got check in with no problems. The room was great! We really liked the window seat view from our high floor overlooking the river. I would recommend ear plugs though as Chicago is a busy city and there was a lot of police/fire and ambulance activity.

This is a good hotel for a business trip but not luxurious. They don't really offer room service and the only restaurant on-site is a Korean steak house which is fine if you like exotic food, but you have to order from a QR code and then go downstairs to collect it. The menu is pretty limited. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful but I would not stay here again.

Celebrating a big birthday in this beautifully updated hotel so conveniently located was brilliant. The staff had a nice bottle of chilled wine and cupcakes waiting for us and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Little touches like padded hangers, a basket with yoga mat and weights, a window seat overlooking the Chicago river made spiked the charm even more.
