Awesome stay. Very nice room. Comfortable. The breakfast was really great. And not too noisy for a hotel near the highway. Stan at the front desk was great when he helped me figure out the laundry-which was very easy to use and very convenient.

So kind welcome and staff at this hotel! I have been to 73 countries and have not received such a nice welcome in any of the hotels I have stayed before as I did here by Liza (I think her name was). All other staff sooooooo nice too!
Free parking outside hotel and close to mall too with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Unfortunately I did not sleep a wink. The Very very very loud traffic noise from the nearby highway kept me awake. I heard every car truck and car Ivan that passed by. I was very surprised

No water in the hotel overnight. No hot water in the morning. Very loud air conditioning and barking dogs. Carpets stained, tub dirty.

We checked in for an overnight stay to see family on the way to vacation. This hotel chain is one of my favorites. The rooms definitely needed an upgrade. They were depressing. There was someone staying with a dog across the hall and all you heard was the dog barking. That gave me cause for concern because usually, people traveling with pets are sometimes limited to a specific area of the hotel. Unfortunately, during the 24hrs, we encountered a flooded toilet in the early morning of our departure. The concierge could only provide us towels and a mop with no bucket until maintenance arrived later that morning. For the inconvenience, I did receive an adjustment for my one night. I will say this, the concierge was warm and friendly as well as the additional staff that i did encounter.

The toilet did not flush and the front desk gave us a plunger.
Toilet continued to not flush so we had to use restroom next to front desk.
Rooms should not be rented when toilets do not work

It was a great stay front desk lady which checked us in and out was great and very accommodating with what we needed. We arrived a bit early and was allowed to check in which was awesome after the long travel and day we had. If needed would definitely stay again.

Had a terrific couple nights at Hampton Inn. Super friendly and attentive staff, great breakfasts, and water! Funny how always having water bottles and ice cold refills available made me so happy. Great trip made better by the great hotel!

My daughter and I had the best experience for a little Mother's Day getaway. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The sweet lady at breakfast was just so funny and fruendly. We also really loved the beds and how they decorated the pool area. Comfortable lounge chairs with pillows and towels. They even had a bunch of awesome water toys for the kiddos. We love Hampton Inn. You guys rock!
