Easy access. Quiet and large room

The property didn’t look perfect from the outside BUT it wasn’t horrible. The staff was nice, rooms were very clean and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Wifi is horrible.

Right off I45. Easy to get to and great parking. Clean room. No sofa and no facial tissues. Spent 4 nights there and I had no issues with water pressure in the shower, sink etc. Everything was very clean. I'll stay here again.

The toilet needs a new wax ring -it leaks when sitting on toilet then flushing, water seeps around toilet and out onto floor There was a kind of gurgling noise almost the entire time coming from the wall in bathroom area. I believe this to be a venting problem with the plumbing. No easy return to thr Starbucks and QT gas station just 2 lots away - you have to drive a few miles to drive nect door due to the 1-way frontage road. It’s old and smelly like an old smoking room. At 353 per night, or 299 for regular night, it’s way over-priced. I will not be checking into a Motel 6 any longer - It’s more likely ke a Motel Zero However, the room was clem and the ladies at check-in wete very nice.

Old dirty motel, avoid

check in was fast and easy. Receptionist was nice.

It was dirty, had to change rooms due to heat/ac not working, tv speaker busted, dirty, loud tenant’s arguing, was one of the worst experiences I had. Will NEVER return!

We got to the room it was clean. But the water was running from the toilet. The room was very cold and its winter. Some of the lamps were not working.

Room felt like a room in afghanistan. Nothing in it. Extremely hard bed. Mold in the shower and bathroom. No hair dryer

Had reserved room with king bed, didn’t get it. Place needs remodeling and updating. Noisey & dark parking area.

Things inside needed repair, you could hear people through the walls, and it did not feel like a safe area.

Absolutely horrible! Starting from the FRESH blood on my bed sheets plus filth! Then tried moving us to two rooms that smelled like straight Cat feces! In the end I had to put on gloves(that the desk lady gave me) and put on the clean sheets MYSELF. I understand they allow pets and that is fine but the smell was so foul and disturbing I don’t know how anyone can stay in their rooms.

Stay was good . Room was clean ,very spacious . The only complaint I have is housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:00 am. I told her check out is at 11:00 am not 10:00am but she continued to knock .

We selected a room that was supposed to be smoke-free but it smelt like smoke.

Staff was not knowledgeable about eating establishments and whether they they delivered and they didn’t have any listings for them either.

Property run down, dirty, moldy. The only good thing was the pool even though it looked a bit dirty too.

Clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Property clean. Room clean and it’s a smoking room! Whenever I come to this area (Dallas included) I will travel to stay at this Motel 6! Thanks expedia💯💪

Our stay was ok, but our room was so humid the floors and walls were wet.

I found cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom the bed sheets were stained with a strange brown liquid

Lobby smelled like pee, staff was not friendly, room was not clean, room did not have working lights. Walked into our hotel room and found what appeared to be drops of blood on the floor and a dead spider. We ended up checking out and staying at a new hotel (without a refund).

The cleaning lady very rude

The bed sucks they need new beds. And better pillows. The hot water at this one place was either scolding hot or cold nothing in between
