Basic freeway hotel, older. Would have been better if the hot water in the shower was warmer than luke warm. Very disappointing at 6am. Breakfast was underwhelming with few choices.

I was exhaust and had 1 thing on my mind…. The safety of my trailer. They helped me to put it in a view spot. All good.

The breakfast room was unkempt. There was only one yogurt left, one coffee carafe, and one broken waffle maker, and guests' waffles were burning because the waffle signal was not working. There was also no fruit for breakfast.
Rooms were very nice and restaurant right by the hotel is amazing with amazing service.

The hotel was nice but they broke into our Uhaul, my client in the other room had to sleep in her car because the dogs around the property were barking all night and to make things worse, the fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes at 5 am waking up the entire hotel.

The WiFi did not work in our suite I had to go to the lobby to do all my work. Other than that the staff was friendly the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Like any hotel none of them are perfect unless you pay a price. This property is located a football field from a double track main railroad line. I'll be honest and say I was not awaken during the night by any horns or passing freights.
I found the bed to very comfortable, and the room clean.
The odd thing was no clock or a charging station. There was only one available outlet UNDER the desk, and one on the bathroom. The fancy mirror was useless, bath fan was noisy. Last oddball thing towel rack above the toilet,
not close to the shower.

Front desk and online need better communication. On the road 9 hrs, we asked for early check in, online personnel said no problem, when called front desk to confirm, they said no. We just sat at a local Denny’s with my 91 yr old dad till 2:30pm.

I did not receive any room service. Never came to clean my room or offer if I need fresh towels.

We had a late check in. There were no rooms available on the first floor, so we had a second-floor room. We were traveling for an event, so we had a lot of luggage. We had to carry everything upstairs. No one in our party was technically handicapped, but if I ever stay here again, I might think of requesting a ground floor room when booking the room.

We have stayed here before with no problem. However this last stay the room was not very clean. Floors were dirty. The property had a lot of trash around it as well.

Very dirty especially the bathroom and tub. Whole room very dusty and so much bird poop on the balcony you couldn’t go outside.

The service was not great. I had to leave early for a family emergency and they wouldn't help me get money back. I was booked for an entire week and only stayed 2 of the days. No one helped with anything other than what they had to do. Very disappointing!! And the room was not very clean.

The hotel itself was actually amazing. The housekeeper was just a doll and a jem. Biggest problem we had is they have been testing their fire alarm system since what I was told april. Yesterday it went off at least 35 times during the daytime. I would definitely go back but not why they're doing fire testing never again I wouldn't advise anyone at this moment to book that hotel just because of that horrible noise.

The town is great. But my key card kept going out. When requested for service on the room it never came. They also raised the rates due to the wildfires in the area.

The staff was very friendly. If you need an elevator this is not the hotel for you. I walked into the food area were breakfast was served and employees were spraying raid directly onto the counters, not very safe around food. Maybe get an exterminator. The room we stayed in was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our room was clean and nice. However trash cans around the premises were overflowing and there was no trash receptacle for the dog walking area. Care of the property was lacking.

Nice stop for a night. Room was quiet, clean and great AC. Free breakfast was typical. Decent selection. A short walk to the gas station/truck stop with many options. Several restaurants nearby.

Our check in was smooth, the room was in poor repair, but nothing was unusable. It was unsettling to see a notice on the front desk about updating fire alarms from 8am to 11am and access to room may be required. The alarm went off at 6:30 AM Sunday morning and went off about the time most guests were outside. Breakfast was OK but coffee was gone before the stated end time. When I tried to check out, at 11 am, no one was at the front desk. A note said be back soon, but after 20 minutes no one was there and no one answered the phone. Unacceptable.

will be disputing charge - we not able to check in as we had a dog. Would not change rooms, wanted to DOUBLE the price for me to do it on line. Hotel desk representative was rude to my wife.

It was an overnight place to sleep while traveling; but we were very impressed and noted that if driving this direction again we will stay there again. The breakfast included was very good, too.

The only problem I found is that I am 5'3 and had a really hard time getting into the bed. I cannot imagine being in a wheelchair and getting up into this bed. I have been in handicapped rooms before (and yes I have a parking placard), and although they have a wider door and grab bars still the same bed heights, Sad

When we arrived we checked in and was okay. Went to the restroom and it was overflowing and not working. Went to the front desk to inform them and the person at the desk said "I'm on my lunch break can you come back in a few minutes". I thought that was bad Customer service. Went to breakfast the next day at 8:30am and there was no coffee. Went to the front desk again to ask about it and the Clerk said "Oh we're out of coffee. That was very strange to me and she didn't get up to look for coffee or check on it at all. Very disapointed and will not stay there ever again.
