Smooth very late check in. Quiet room that had everything we needed for an overnight road trip stay.

Had everything I needed - older hotel - everything worked - bathroom - tv - bed was clean - no bed bugs - Wi-Fi - electric outlets - usb charging - heater/cooler - had mini fridge - micro wave - comp desk - king bed - 4 pillows - shower hot water - toilet worked - bravo !!

Whirlpool tub was only half full of brown water, pool was too cold to use. Tub was dirty, black hair in sink and tub.

We like the staff and the location of the property. Did not really like the breakfast that much.

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend! All in all the stay was great, the property is a bit older and dated but that’s okay because we didn’t stay in the room too long. The staff was friendly. Only think we disliked was that there wasn’t enough dining space for breakfast & not much room to move around. Overall I’d stay here again.

Pool an Hot tub were down all weekend while I was visiting, told I was going to be getting $60 refunded to me for pool being unusable. Haven't seen it and it's been 7 days

Was great price for a couple nights! 12$ uber to the waterfront. Basic budget hotel, room clean, staff friendly. Would stay here again!

Very stained carpets and curtains, hairs and grime in bathroom, broken hot tub, door to room had hinge that sticks closed, sloppy patching of walls all over. The grossest parts were the carpets, hairs, curtains and chemical smell in room (?insecticide). I can’t emphasize enough how nasty the carpets were in hallways and room. Surprising for a Ramada. Beds were clean though.

Clean hotel, losts of parking even if u are towing. Pool is inside and open, hot tub was not working, and needs major repairs. Breakfast is bagles, bread and hot waffles.

Terrible, won't stay again. Was in town with family for vacation. Only booked our stay here because they had a pool. Check in took 45mins even though I checked in online first the day before, and immediately told the pool is broke which upset our kids. Breakfast was a nightmare with many options empty if you werent the 1st in line. Multiple days, no room service or made beds.

Kids loved the popcorn & cookies. Property could use a more visible entrance. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Problems with our tub and when maintenance came to fix it they left the hair and dirt all of the toilet and in the bowl

It was not what the pictures show. The room was clean but the whole place is old and unprofessional. The cleaning staff wore sweatpants with half tops... Breakfast was delicious but other than that I wouldn't be there again. I felt like I was staying at a hostel.

This is the second time I have stayed here and had really hoped for improvements from the last stay. Went down to get breakfast at 7:10 and there was no food, just milk, yogurt and bagels, the person ahead of me used the last of the waffle batter. We were told the person who does breakfast was running late. The room never got dark at night, the curtains are too thin. and are possibly shower curtains??The freezer/fridge was not cold due to too much ice buildup in it. The floor in the shower area was filthy, I had to clean dirt off myself to feel comfortable walking barefoot. There was no shampoo, but there were 4 vials of conditioner all empty and two vials of hand lotion also empty. I kind of wonder if these reviews are being read by the hotel staff..the same complaints over and over for years??

The breakfast was not what I am use to at a Ramada. Very limited and not well stocked.

Property in a terrible location. Parking lot is next to an abandon restaurant that is boarded up. Shower was dirty. Hair on the sheets in our bed. Laundry services not working. Hot tub not working. To top it off the charged my card 4 times!!! Called multiple times to get refunded and was told it’s not their issue. Attempted to contact manager. No response. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The staff were friendly and the room clean, but the building was overall not kept up. You could tell it was an older building that simply has some paint slapt inside all of the walls. I normally don't mind older buildings and have stayed in my fair share of them. However the trim was peeling off from water damage. Our shower had a huge crack down the middle of the wall that clearly just had some type of sealant to cover it but looked more like paint, the tub spout did not lock all the way and had water spewing out the top. The pillows were very tiny, smaller than a throw pillow and the blankets weren't much of a blanket, more like a sheet so make sure to bring your own. Also the hot tub was not working at least during our stay. The staff made due with what they had to work with, but at least they were all very attentive to what could be tended to.

Wires and cords were all over the floor in the walking areas. Outlets were loose, very unsafe.

We liked the location, close to shopping and dining. We liked the breakfast selections, laundry service outdoor seating and pool. Did not like, drain in room bath tub was slow. Stood in water while showering. Doors and hallway walls had visible hand mark layers..

Like many other families we chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Silverwood theme park. We stayed for a total of Four days and three nights. We did not have staff service our room, one time in our entire stay. Every single night when we return from the park, our room was exactly the same as how we had left it. I had to go to the front desk and request fresh towels, Front desk staff gave me extra garbage bags so I could empty my own garbage and put it in the hall, And stated that my room would be properly cleaned the following day. It never was!!! Despite being assured that our room would be taken care of it was completely disregarded. I was charged $20 to check in one hour early and an additional $30 to check out one hour late. Upon check out I again stated how Frustrating it was to stay in a room for four days and never have it cleaned even once and was told "I'm sorry you had such unfortunate luck with your stay. We hope that your next day will be better." There was also not a single outlet in the room that would hold a power cord or charge block. The outlets were so loose you had to prop a bag against your charge block to get it to stay in the wall. Televisions run on Wi-Fi and we could not get anything to load including their regular cable services. We've stayed at a lot of hotels, and I tried to be pretty understanding, but in the past 10 years, I cannot remember ever having such a terrible experience and a hotel
